Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis

Don't waste your money! This course is horrible & unkept. Hardly any sand in the bunkers. Greens were shaggy and impossible to putt on. Tee boxes were not cared for and uneven. There was nothing enjoyable about playing this course. We definitely don't recommend this course!!

Not worth the money. Same dead cockroach in the women’s bathroom on Tuesday as was there last Friday

Many tee box markers are missing, several greens are unplayable. Those that are have grassless fairways

I’m this course has been a staple for our trips to the area over the years. But for the past several years it has been getting worse as far as the course conditions.

This year it was ok most of the greens were fine but several were lumpy can’t have a true putt with out them bouncing around on sand then a lump of grass ect…

Overall still a fun course some nice water features and strategy needed but if the conditions were improved it would be a good value, as it sits kinda feels over priced.

Most of the green are atrocious! Can’t believe we were charged $70 to play at this place.

Terrible greens. Poor layout. Unkept. Looks like they are going out of business and aren't interested in maintaining the course.

Well. I honestly don’t think they will care what kind of review they get. They are planning to shut down the course anyway and build condos. My only recommendation to them is drop the price to $20 and play all day. It’s no where near the rates they are charging. It wouldn’t have bothered me if I payed $20. But my wife and I played and spent $118. No way is that course worth it. I am not a golf snob. It would be like going to McDonald’s for 2 and paying $118 for a hamburger and fries.

Staff indicated they were getting ready for a renovation. Holes around golf village nicest.

This course should not be listed on Golf Now as it is in such bad condition that it hardly constitutes being a golf course. Non-existent fairways, mud greens and bridges that you are worried that the cart will fall through. Probably was a fun track at one time and the staff was very courteous and nice. Pay another $40 and play a golf course.

Course was not in good shape. Greens and fairways were not good. Also allowed a team of 7 to play in front of us and they wouldn’t let us play through.

Seascape resort should be ashamed of themselves to advertise that they have a golf course, it’s anything but a golf course a goat ranch at best, how can you feel good about taking people money who are here a vacation expecting to enjoy a fun round of golf on a nice course and instead find out that the golf course is in the worst shape of any course you have ever played. I would stay away from this course and go play the other golf courses the area. It’s really sad to see such a nice resort have no pride to take care of something that’s important to the owners and guests of this resort.

Terrible rocky fairways, busted up cart paths and sketchy bridges. Greens were all terrible and there was a dig up irrigation pump in the middle of one of the fairways

So, start with the good. Staff was awesome, understand what your paying for. If your looking for practice and banging a ball around on the cheap, this is ok. A few of the holes were in ok shape and a few holes were in distress. When you are only dropping twenty five dollars, this is what you can expect. The layout of the course is not bad, with a little investment I’m sure it would be really good.
