Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis

Bought the “Hit Deal” for an 11:06 tee time on a Wednesday. We prepaid for our foursome @ $29/ea. with the understanding that the normal rate was around $59. I would have been SO angry if I would have paid full price. The greens near the roads are the only ones that are actually green. Some of the fairways did not even have grass and the bridges are in VERY bad shape. This course should be shut down and developed as a new shopping center.

The course if in very rough shape. There are many boards missing from the bridges that you are scared to go over them. Greens were horrific…not worth the money we paid. Pay the additional $20 and go play at Baytowne….much better course.

What a sad course! No grass in fairways or greens. Layout would be interesting if maintained. One and done for us!

The front nine is basically not a golf course anymore. I was told they were going to close it down and make condos out of it. The back nine had grass, but much of it had not been mowed. Overall a very bad experience. On the other hand, it was cheap.

The guys that work there really nice. But the course was not acceptable. The first hole was ok. But from there on not so good. T- box were in critical condition, fairways better than t-box and greens 65% need a lot of attention, t-boxes are not marked at all. Holes 8-9 NO BUENO. I have played in golf courses with 2-3 stars and after playing them I thought they should have received a better score. That was the reason I played this course but after playing 1 star is the most I can give. I would close the front or back 9 work on them, then the other way around. Golfers would see progress and come back to see the makeover. The price is to expensive for what you are getting. Sorry for the review, simply being honest.

First of all staff was great very polite and helpful. Unfortunately course was not in good shape. A lot of dead grass even on the greens. Some greens were practically unputtable. Hard to tell fringe from green.

Many of the greens weee bare. All of the greens were hard and needed attention. Some of the fairways were good, but more were dying from lack of attention.

This course needs a lot of maintenance. T’s box are

Critical and greens need a-lot of patching. You can count how many are fair to good with one hand. Hole 8-9 were horrible from beginning to end, I had to ask where they were no markings at all. This will be my first and last until the make over. No recommendation on my behave.

Seascape has never been known as a wonderful golf course but is in worst shape than ever. REPAIR the bridges - someone is going to get hurt! And for goodness sake MOW! Are you going to be closing? Is that why you don’t do basic maintenance?

This place is terrible! I don't care what other reviews are, pay extra money and go somewhere else. Some holes you can't even tell where the fairways are because of the terrible conditions.

Course has a good layout and the staff was very friendly. Conditions were probably the worst I've ever seen, they are not putting any .only at all in to the golf course. Tee boxes and fairways were bare, greens were very splotchy with only small sections of grass, and a lot of weeds. It's a sha.e this could be a great tract if they took care of it.

It's a nice golf course for the money that I paid.

It's somewhat challenging with some waters to deal with just like any other golf courses.

I would recommend this golf course to anyone coming to this area for beginners and avid golfers.

Just drive slowly when approaching those bridges because it looks like it's due for some woods replacements on some of those bridges. Especially the bridge from hole #5 going to hole #6, there were some missing boards. Safety first ya'all......

You know for $30 with a cart, it's a good warm up round for other more expensive places in town. Here's my rules for a good time.

1. Be drunk and drink often

2. Cheat and just make up the score

3. Close eyes while putting

4. Just pretend your in Scotland

5. Whatever you do, be positive
