Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis

The course was decent. The greens had some hot spots, but that’s understood. The biggest issue for me was that I took a beginner golfer and it wasn’t the best atmosphere for that. They booked it so close that we were behind before we started. So the beginner golfer that was with me didn’t even enjoy it because she felt so rushed. If I had it to do over, I would have a foursome of our own so we could let folks play thru. But being teamed with 2 others made it difficult not to feel rushed.

If you want to go to a course that you hit out of a sand trap for the tee box, go here! There is more sand on the tee boxes and the fairway than there is in the sand traps. If you want to go on a very bumpy ride, the perfect place is this course. Be prepared for you to hit every bump imaginable in your golf cart - they are everywhere. The place looks like a war zone! If someone told me this was the location of a battle in one of the world wars, I would believe it. The greens should be known as “yellows” or “browns,” because there is not a single bit of grass on those things. You are putting on literal dirt, sand, and dead grass. Be prepared to get lost because the cart paths are completely destroyed and have giant holes and drops everywhere. And for the bridges, be careful, your cart might drop into the water. There were holes and missing panels and it feels like a level 9 earthquake in the cart. If this was my local course, I think I would have to be paid in order to pay it. I couldn’t imagine playing this course again for anymore than 10 dollars - if that. If you wanna go to a very very very poorly taken care of course and hit out of sand no matter where you are on whatever hole, go here!

This course is very fun. It’s usually on the cheaper side which is the main reason I go. The course layout offers a bunch of different fun but challenging holes of golf. Greens need a little work but overall great course.

Conditions on this course have steadily declined. It’s a shame that it isn’t maintained better. The course layout is great. Cart paths beat you up they are in such disrepair. Tee boxes are all sand, and some of the greens have large areas without grass.

Fun challenging course!!

Greens are in rough shape. Sand littered on the course in fairways and greens. Tee boxes are in some rough conditions as well. No bang for your buck. They have potential to make this into a great course if they took better care of it. Unfortunately, it comes up short.

Greens:horrible.

Course is in complete disrepair. A few tee boxes looked like sand traps! Greens were in poor condition. Cheaper than everywhere else for a reason.

The staff was phenomenal. That’s as good as it gets. Tee boxes and fairways were awful. More sand in the fairways than in the sand bunkers. Greens were below average. Carts were junk. GPS went out after 3 holes and would not come back on. Seats had cigarette burns and were ripped. The bridges you had to cross were about to fall in. Some were missing boards. Not even joking. Trash laying around the course. Paid $200 for 3 of us to play. Don’t mind paying good money to play but definitely not worth that. They should have paid us to play. Absolute dump. No beverage cart. Was told to get a drink from the inside and the carts were equipped with coolers. Hey, no big deal. Got 3 bottled waters, put them in the cooler but no ice was available. Lol. This is in Destin Fl. A place known for tremendous golf courses. Can’t believe this place is still open.

I play this course every year on vacation as its budget it hasn’t been in good shape for years but this year it was really disappointing. I enjoy the layout and it would be a great place to keep playing if they would improve the conditions.

Place isn’t worth your money. Tee boxes are like sand traps. Fairways are absolutely horrible. All around horrible conditions and experience. Would never play again.

Nice layout and course

. Just on some holes fairways and greens they were pretty rough condition. Some greens had mud spots and fairways had sand spots our stuff you couldn’t hit off of, but overall I’d rate the course a 6/10.

Front nine was very rough, tons of sand on the fairways tees & greens rough. Back nine was better, fairways had grass and greens were a bit better.

Needs some maintenance and updating but a fun course to play for the money.

The golf course has a nice friendly layout. The tee boxes were horrible , the fairways were below average and the greens were no better . The course could be a lot nicer with a little bit of TLC. Golf cart paths need to be updated. Signage needs to be more clearly marked. A little bit of seed and fertilizer could go a long way ?
