Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis

Tee boxes were over grown. the third hole had sand as the fair way for Atleast 150 yards. It was just in sad shape. It had cool paths and could be a really nice course if taken care of correctly.

Really poor condition. Love the layout but it’s very neglected in basic acceptability esp. with greens. If you want a cheap golf fix for variety of handicaps, here ya go. Temper your expectations.

I have played the course several times and it is a good layout,. However, they are not spending the money on maintenance. The greens were in very poor shape. There was no grass on the tees and very little grass on the fairways.

The course has badly deteriorated since we played it 4 years ago. A number of fairways had huge areas where the grass had eroded away leaving huge patches of white sand. Drives off the tee produced puffs of white whenever the ball had landed in a sandy area which resulted in dramatically reducing the roll distance. On one hole, the fairway sand areas were so large that we had great difficulty finding a white ball in the middle of the fairway. Some of greens were completely unplayable due to the extent of damage from lack of maintenance. A number of holes had no tee markers leaving us to estimate the yardage from where we should hit our drives. The course had no ball washers at all. We will not be coming back to play this course.

Greens were terrible with dry cracked muddy patches everywhere even though they just aeriated (sp?) last week. Sand still everywhere as well. Fairways were nice but that was about it. Brush growing wild everywhere off the fairway. Hard to find next hole at times (even had to call the front to find hole 2 as it was through a construction site with no markers indicating direction). 4/10

Not only was the head pro late, as we were the first group off at 7:30, he was rude as well. No personality, one word answers to our simple questions, told us the greens were punched last week (We were aware of aerification before booking). These greens haven't been punched in at least a month, they will probably tell every golfer this whole summer that they punched the week prior, just because that's easier than just saying the greens are ruined beyond any repair. Safe to say at least half the greens were borderline unplayable, most holes all 3 of us had to move our balls on the green to find a clear path to the hole. It's a shame this course has declined so much, played it in years past and always thought it was a good value for the price. That being said, the discounted rate we received today was still way overpriced. Wish we would have known the greens were on their way out, instead of just a routine punch. Will not be returning ever again, even for $40 and a 3.5 hour round.

Horrible experience they do not take care of course or greens. Holes are not marked and cart threatens you with Marshall’s and shutting off cart through tout play. People in front of us so how can we play faster. Very slow and ugly course
