Rating 69.0

The golf course at Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis winds through a series of freshwater and coastal dune lakes, naturally making water a prominent feature on the course. It comes into play on fifteen of the 18 holes. Besides the shimmering blue waters, the golf course is accented by the tall pines that blanket the softly rolling hills. The strategic placement of the greens and hazards require some careful maneuvering and accuracy. The course provides a fair challenge that is made all the more difficult by the distracting scenery, which includes views from most of the holes that stretch to the Gulf of Mexico. Golfers who are short on time have the option of a nine-hole round in the afternoons. In addition to the golf course, Seascape Resort also offers a grass driving range and two practice greens.

Worst Course Ever!

I would not play those course if they paid me $50 to play it. They’re weeds in the bunkers, hardly any grass and most other places. The worst golf course I’ve ever seen. They tried to charge me $39 to have my daughter ride along with me in the cart. I packed up my clubs and left the Goat Ranch immediately.

Good but

Book carefully the course is undergoing some major changes and the lack of maintenance on the grounds and facilities is showing. Some of the greens are showing signs of stress and black fungus which will continue to spread if not addressed now. Good course with good potential once the condo builds are done.

Seascape ( it’s gotten better)

It is only a nine whole course. But it’s in a lot better shape than the last couple years. This is that course that you’ll play in between some of the better courses (quick,a bargain, get that practice in before Plantation or Emerald Bay,) decent karts with gps. For the money well worth it.

Course needs some TLC

The staff that work there are top notch. They are the highlight of the experience. The course itself needs some care. The cart paths are in horrible conditions. Bushes and trees encroach the pathway. The greens need care. It could be nice course.

Tough little course

Wish they didn’t cut out 9 holes for condos. It’s just 9 holes now and it goes by to quickly.

Great for the price.

We were looking for something cheaper to play with a couple of the kids and this was perfect for that. A few danger areas for high handicappers but nothing too dangerous. Was probably once a beautiful 18 hole course but is now shortened to 9 with a small practice green and no driving range. Course was in decent shape for what we paid ($25ish with cart for) There were a few bare spots in the fairways and greens were far from perfect. Carts were nice with digital gps course layouts. Pro shop was fairly well stocked with essentials and had a Bay Area with snacks and beverages. Overall we were more than happy to get a round in without much pressure and for a very fair price. Would play again under the same circumstances.

Course review

I think the course will eventually be nice as construction is completed. Meanwhile I felt it was a good value given competitors prices.

Tired and Old

Would've been a really nice course 25 years ago! Would definitely recommend playing prior to 1999. Hop in a time machine and dial the years, and you'll have a great time here. If you don't have the option of time travel and must play in the present, I would recommend staying away.

Great for what it is.

If youre not a serious golfer or just want to have a good fun round then this place is awesome. I love the layout and had a great time. Full cart service was a plus. Both the pro and the cart attendant were super friendly and personable. I will return.

Great little course for the money

We had a good time at Seascape. Yes, it isn't the nicest course in Florida, but the staff is super friendly, the carts are very nice, and the course has its ups and downs. All and all we really enjoyed it for the money and we used it as a warm up course before we went and played some nicer ones. Location is great.
