The golf course at Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis winds through a series of freshwater and coastal dune lakes, naturally making water a prominent feature on the course. It comes into play on fifteen of the 18 holes. Besides the shimmering blue waters, the golf course is accented by the tall pines that blanket the softly rolling hills. The strategic placement of the greens and hazards require some careful maneuvering and accuracy. The course provides a fair challenge that is made all the more difficult by the distracting scenery, which includes views from most of the holes that stretch to the Gulf of Mexico. Golfers who are short on time have the option of a nine-hole round in the afternoons. In addition to the golf course, Seascape Resort also offers a grass driving range and two practice greens.

OK for the money

Playing it in January, the grass was dormant. The course had an interesting layout but was rundown with bare sots on most fairways.

Seascape could definitely use some TLC but they are one of the more reasonably priced courses in our area..

Please do something about the restrooms!

Good layout but neglected course

Like the layout but the general conditions are bad.

Seems the owners are getting by with a minimum of maintenance.

Find another course is my recommendation.

It’s frustrating to play this course with all the fairway potholes and lack of grass and poor greens.

I own a condo at Seascape so it’s extremely convenient but will avoid this course until they make some improvements.

Seascape’s greens are quick, fairways are a little dry and firm. The only bad comment would be the cart paths need a lot of help. Maybe when they change to the new par three course they will redo the pathways.

Just an OK course

Not the best course around, but was only one we could get on this particular day. Play was slow, as you book too close together.

Please, Please, please do something about the restrooms at Hole 3/7.. it has been filthy for months. Truly worse than an outhouse. There is no excuse for it.
