About
The golf course at Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis winds through a series of freshwater and coastal dune lakes, naturally making water a prominent feature on the course. It comes into play on fifteen of the 18 holes. Besides the shimmering blue waters, the golf course is accented by the tall pines that blanket the softly rolling hills. The strategic placement of the greens and hazards require some careful maneuvering and accuracy. The course provides a fair challenge that is made all the more difficult by the distracting scenery, which includes views from most of the holes that stretch to the Gulf of Mexico. Golfers who are short on time have the option of a nine-hole round in the afternoons. In addition to the golf course, Seascape Resort also offers a grass driving range and two practice greens.

Course bathrooms are disgusting
This was actually the best shape the course has been in ages, but I would not pay more than $39 to play here The developer has ruined what at one time was a lively layout

A lot of course for the money. Challenging, naturally beautiful, and nicely laid out.

Seascape
Course was in decent shape and the pace of play was fast because not a lot play. The greens need some work but the layout is great.
A great course back in the 80's, 90's.
Played this course many times back in the 80's, 90's, and early 2000 years and it was as good as anything in Destin. The course has not been the same since condo construction required changing some holes. The effort to provide the same quality of golf course seems to have disappeared. With just a little effort it could be a lot better.

Disregard the other reviews
I was here on vacation from Missouri and almost skipped over playing at Seascape because of the bad reviews. Fortunately, I did not. There are some retaining walls in need of repair in certain areas but the playing surface was overall good. Unless you’re looking to play at a course that is in impeccable condition, give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Needs Serious Renovations
Fairways and cart paths have some serious rough spots and pot holes; some green had rough patches and the others were slow and bumpy (lacked cutting and rolling); tee markers were not set up on half of the boxes(laying along the outside of the tees); the clubhouse restrooms ( men's &women's) not the cleanest/empty soap dispensers and 2 of the 3 men's urinals we're out of order and the 3rd had flushing problems.
Fun layout, was overseeded
Well, you get what you pay for, so we should have expected un-cut overseeded greens. Had fun anyway and look forward to my next visit..
My three rating for course conditions was not meant to be derogatory. They had just over seeded and we were aware but they cost for the round definitely compensated for the conditions
Good Layout
Seascape is a very good layout and has a lot of very interesting holes. The course was only in OK condition but it still well worth the money. Very friendly and helpful staff and extremely convenient to our condo.
