Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis

Seascape staff were very friendly and helpful.

Layout was nice.

Price was probably the best in the area.

Most of the greens and some fairways were in bad shape..

Our view …? Owners are willing to make whatever revenue they can while they hunt for a buyer. Property value in this high growth area must be a goldmine.

Worth maybe $15 per individual per round. Greens mostly terrible condition. Dirt.

You booked me and charged $6 and when we got to the course, they had no reservation for me.. They said never to use GOLF NOW and call the course directly in the future. Apparently you have had these problems before. As far as the course goes, I have played it several times an always find it fun to play.

It’s a nice layout, rough around the edge’s. Had a good time and would play again.

Grass was spotty in places. Nice variation of holes. Good GolfNow deal.

Been playing this course for years...for a lot of reasons It's close to our place. It's interesting. It's reasonable. And when it has been taken care of properly, it can be a ton of fun as the front and back are very different from each other. Years ago, they sold off part of the 18th hole so a restaurant and strip mall could encroach backward in to the course. Now I hear they have sold off the front nine so that more condos can be built. It's a shame as this course was built in 1970. It's not like any other courses in the area. I played with a father and son from Kansas and they were shocked at how cool some of the views were and how neat the layout truly is for an older course. It's a shame that it will no longer exist.

Some Greens need some refreshing

First off, let me say I work golf course maintenance. The employees were great. Course layout was great. Great location. Course conditions were sad. Either the course superintendent doesn’t know what he’s doing or their maintenance budget is super low. By the looks of the course, my guess is they put no money into course maintenance. With that said, it’s not a $60-$70 course. Good luck.

We arrived early to use the putting green. The course had two tee times that were NO shows. Our entire group was there but the starter let the tee go empty for a long while. Then a threesome show up, and then two of their friends, both later tee times than us. The starter was completely infuriating as he kept saying well this is Florida golf, you need to understand. No I don’t need to understand, golf etiquette should always prevail. We did not get on the tee at our tee time (which we paid a premium for) we were 29 minutes late, and the starter let a group of 4 go in front of us. Worst experience at a golf course ever.

The layout is very interesting, water obstacles are placed. The greens need a lot of care, very irregular and a lot of bare spots

Expect very little when you are paying $39 including a cart. Most of the greens are in terrible condition and I feel like I am playing in the farmer’s field. Very dry backed up golf course. Staff is very good which make it good! If you want to pay Rock bottom prices and get a pretty bad course, then this course is for you!
