70% of the greens had 50% of grass on them, putting through bare spots to grass to bare spots to the hole. That’s a five foot putt . Ball jumps around like aerated greens. Not good to gage your game .

Understanding that it is the winter, the course was NOT maintained at a decent level. Too many bald spots on greens (disease?) and holes with little fairway grass.

The course was wonderful to play. Enjoyed it immensely. Would highly recommend this course to play.

The greens were in poor condition. The fairways are sparse. Overall this is the worst course on the Florida Panhandle.

Friendly staff, however we were a twosome stuck behind a "sixsome" and then a "fivesome" who had let the "sixsome" play through.

Apparently there are some special considerations given to the snowbirds who are there for a month and play multiple times a week.

The pace for us was incredibly slow...

Seascape can accommodate you usually.

This course is in terrible shape. It needs a lot of work on it. The only thing good about it is it’s covenant and easy to get tee times.

FIRST GREEN WAS NOT REALLY A GREEN. IT WAS ONLY A FLAT PATCH OF GROUND WITH NOTHING GROWING ON IT. FROM THERE ON THERE WERE GREENS FROM REALLY NICE TO SIMILAR TO #1. WE WERE TOLD IT WAS FROM THE "HURRICAINE" WHATEVER THAT MEANS. FAIRWAYS HARD WITH SMALL AMOUNTS OF GRASS. DIVOTS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO OBTAIN WITHOUT INJURY.

Played this course many times 5 to 6 years ago. It was a reasonable golf course then and quite well maintained

.Returned in 2021 and was amazed and disappointed in the condition of the course.

A waste of time and money!

This course needs a lot of work on it. It is in very poor condition.They are not interested in spending any money to improve this course. It is what it is.

Before teeing off, I needed to make a trip to the bathroom, which was disgusting. Three urinals, two were marked out of order and the third was stopped up. One stall and the floor in front of the urinals was covered with water. The second stall was almost as bad. Terrible conditions. On to the course, the first green looked like a "mudpie" than a young kid would make and put out in the sun to dry and get hard. Very very little grass. A number of greens were in horrible shape such than when putting, you weren't sure if it would even get close to the cup. Most of the fairways were a toss up between very short "yard" grass and a barren area that had a little white sand on it. One bathroom on the course. Short cart paths had broken conrete and rough to drive on. A couple of retaining walls were literally falling away from the greens. Course has the appearance of not being kept up. Covid or not, in no way does the price reflect the quality of the course...way over charged. If you feel that this review may be a little blown out of proportion, visit the course and as a public individual, drive around it in your car, and just examine what you can. If that still is not convincing, go ahead and pay the cost to play it so you will see that this review is true to description.

This course is nicely located. The greens except for 2, were in very poor condition. The fairways and Tee boxes were equally rough.

Played here 4 years ago and it was a good course. It has deteriorated significantly.. Twilight pace was ridiculously slow

Course has a nice layout but in need of work. Tee boxes in particular, very uneven. Greens have nice layout but in poor condition. Great price, so wasn’t overly disappointed.

Arguably the worst-maintained course in the Destin-Ft Walton Beach area. It's a bargain basement course for the price and it played that way. Wouldn't recommend it to any golfer even for the relatively low price for the area. And to top it off? The course mgmt allowed a 5-some to go out in front of our threesome and we waited every shot ... on every hole ... for the entire round. Down here to play golf? Don't bother with this one.
