Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis

We got a hot deal on golf now. We were the first group off so pace was great. It was a fun layout. You hit many different clubs off of the tee. The course conditions weren’t great. A lot of bare spots on fairways and greens. The tee boxes weren’t well maintained. If you are looking for a cheap place to play, with a different layout, this is your place. If you are looking for an upscale resort course, you may want to look somewhere else.

Several greens and tee boxes were in very poor condition and several greens are very small compared to most updated courses. The cart paths are also in poor shape in several locations. Some greens and fairways are in good shape. For $39 twilight green fee the course is worth it, but prime time rates would be too high.

It's a nice golf community and for tourists golf course. It needs a little more grass on some of the greens and fairways, but it's the cheapest golf course around the area for 18 holes golf course. Highly recommended..,

There are lots of restaurants in front of the golf course if you are hungry, so food is not a problem.

Decent price, a couple strange hole layouts, and condition less than one would expect or like. Still, for the price, not a bad choice for a husband and wife.

The staff were kind and attentive, helping all they could. However, they did not follow COVID regulations and I felt nervous about this. The course is in poor condition, but was okay for $40. It was full of dead grass and strange layouts.

What a fun layout. Its grown on sand by the beach- remember that! Plenty challenging with water and tight fairways at times- don’t be long!

The entire Seascape resort seems lost in time- needs major upgrades. When you find a discount (TeeOff)- grab it for a warm up round

Played it for first time in 5 years. Conditions are much worse. Greens need work and the course just needs attention and care. It’s a shame as this place could be a gem.

Course design was short but challenging. Greens and tee boxes were mostly lousy. Fairways could use some work on most holes. Lots of water in play. Price was too high for conditions.

The golf course is nice and scenic, all it needs are a little bit more TLC such as grass reseeding on the fairways and more grass on the greens.

I could not find the ladies tee box on hole #4 maybe it needs an arrow sign or cut some bushes in that area, so ladies golfer can see the red tee box.

For the money the course was not in very good condition. Some of the greens had areas that were bad shape.

This could be a great course. They just don't put any money into it. So sad

Course should not be associated with a resort, fairways and greens are for the most part terrible!!! Not worth more than $30, I feel sorry for the old guy I played with who got screwed into paying $69, they need to close it down and get the fairways and greens into decent condition

The greens were the best they have been all summer and the course was trimmed nicely.

We enjoyed it here. Course is a bit beat up like most are post-hurricane and greens will take a little while to grow in 100% I’m sure, but we had a great day. Pretty tough to beat 18 holes at $180 for 4 players with GPS carts. Definitely would play again.
