About
The Aquila Golf Course facility offers two golf courses; one is a championship length course while the other is a par-3, nine-hole course. The championship course provides an excellent game of golf for an affordable price. There are scenic views of mountains and downtown Phoenix as well as a challenging layout featuring several water hazards and bunkers. Although the terrain is rather hilly, it is still relatively walkable. The course has an excellent range of holes that each have a unique character, the par 5's are especially notable. Native grasses and wildflowers are also present on Aquila's Championship course, further adding to its natural beauty.

Decent track. Need to move groups along
Enjoyed playing Aguila for the first time since it has Ben recommended several times. I would definitely go back and play however, one recommendation I would have would be for the course to do a better job at moving groups along as there was several different times that we had to wait quite a bit for the group ahead of us. I will also say that this was a Saturday morning so that can probably be expected. Overall play time was probably not that horrible at 4 hours and 40 minutes.
Go before maintenance!
I believe they have maintenance schedules online. I can’t remember when they’ll do work but I think it’s soon. Absolutely playable and a lot of fun as always. Go, you’ll have a great time.
Course was an excellent condition pay a play was wonderful staff always friendly and helpful
Great course
again, playing at this course is always been a great course to play. I love how it’s set up. I love how it has tempting holes. Pay supply is good. Might be a little bit of people to come out and talk to those that are slowing it down besides that is a great course I go about once a month out there maybe do more sooner
Good Value Cours
Aguila has been/is one the better value courses in the valley. Course conditions are always good. Course offers decent yardage. Not too challenging of a course and is forgiving. I enjoyed my outing. Finished in 4hrs flat. I’ll be back soon.
Swamp
Muddy Swamp. For years everyone I know says the same thing. Terrible Course. Won’t play here again. Need to Owners.

Great City Course
Everything was perfect except the ability to keep beverages cold. No coolers on carts. Don't know why Phoenix doesn't have these, especially in Summer!
The staff is outstanding!!!
I can’t thank the staff enough for being so kind as I have gone through some serious health problems. They have bent over backwards to make sure I was accommodated. I love the staff at Aguila.
