Course Highlights
Quintero's dramatic elevation changes and uniquely designed holes make it one of Arizona's most celebrated layouts. Welcoming staff and well-maintained conditions consistently reward golfers who make the scenic drive out.

About

Holes 18
Type Semi-Private
Style Desert/Traditional
Par 72
Length 7249 yards
Slope 148
Rating 75.3

Located in the desert just north of Phoenix and Scottsdale, the golf course at Quintero Golf Club is a challenge but with up to as many as nine tees per hole, it can accommodate golfers of all different abilities and handicaps. The rolling, desert terrain of the course features dramatic elevation changes for interesting play. The golf course's design has wide fairways and plenty of water hazards and sand bunkers. The most difficult hole is the par-5 8th hole, which plays uphill with three large bunkers alongside the right side of the lay-up area. Another difficult but noteworthy hole is Quintero Golf Club's third, which has a scenic lake to the left that sometimes tricks golfers into playing close to it with their tee shot for an easier second shot to the green.

Best In AZ

We have a ton of golf courses to choose from in Phoenix. If you can make the drive, play this course. It is in my opinion by a large margin the nicest course. Lots of challenges, eleveation changes, and forced carries. The course is also in pristine condition year round.

Fantastic Course with Incredible Views

Playing Quintero is an experience like no other. From the moment you drive in to the facility, check your bags, and enter the Pro shop you realise this round of course will be memorable. Driving the 6 minutes to the first Tee puts the course and incredible topography in perspective. This course weaves in and out of spectacular, contemporary houses and beautiful elevated desert vistas. Each hole has its own personality. Playing this spectacular course makes you want to play it over and over again. Breath taking views and a truly memorable golfing experience. Looking forward to playing you again soon Quintero....very soon!

Fantastic course, exceptional service

Quintero is a fantastic golfing destination. Close enough to the valley to feel like a local track, but far enough to feel like a special day trip. Breathtaking views, challenging but fair layout, tip top conditions year round, and exceptional service from the staff make Quintero a premier course to play. Worth every penny in season, and summer rates make Quintero a steal. Highly recommend this course to any golfer. Great job, Quintero!

Great Track

Although the course is a bit of a drive compared to most if you are staying in Scottsdale it is worth the trip.

It is a must play if you are going to be in the area. More challenging and hillier than most you will use every club in the bag

Best course in AZ!!!

I have taken a AZ golf trip every year for the past 4 years. The first year we did not know about Quintero and skipped it. The second year we played it and now every year we usually play it twice cause it's our favorite. The course layout is second to none. The elevation changes are my favorite. Conditions are always amazing and the staff always helpful and friendly. Can't wait to play it! Definitely a must play!

Best Course in Arizona

I've played this course five times. While it is a bit out of the way from the courses of Scottsdale, it is worth the drive. Quintero is better than any course I've played in Phoenix and Scottsdale; and I've played all those which aren't member only. This course is beautiful, challenging, very well kept. There is not one boring tee shot or second shot on the entire course. The par-3 ninth is one of my favorite holes in golf. It is one of my favorites course in the world.

This is by far the nicest course in Arizona. Every hole makes you get your phone out and take a picture. Even in the middle of summer this course was in incredible shape. Very challenging but so fun. I can't wait to go back. Stunning layout and great memories.

Gem in the desert!

This course is located in the middle of the nowhere which make it all the more desirable to play. An 18 hole beauty set in the desert. With awesome Mountain views. The course is always very well kept. The fairways are better the most greens I've played on. Staff is helpful and will bring you out a mango towel to cool you in the Arizona summer heat. Highly recommend playing this course at least once in your lifetime.

My Favorite Course In AZ so far!

Love this course! My favorite track so far since moving to Phoenix. Very friendly staff when you arrive, great range and warm up area. When you get to the 1st T box they always have a great staff member giving tips about the course and some advice on how the course is playing. The track itself has some of the most beautiful holes in the country! The elavatee Par 3's are both a challenge and amazing so enjoy your time up on those!!!

Don't let other reviews of the "drive" bother you. Just because Phoenix has so many courses within 10 minutes of each other, to some driving 45-50 minutes seems like a "ways out there" I think it's worth it every time and am going to look into a stay and play weekend at one of the like 8 houses on the course!

If your from in town or out this is a MUST Play!

Simply the best

This is by far my favorite course. I’ve played Sawgrass, Ocean, and Harbour Town among others....Quintero is right there. Yes it is out in the middle of nowhere, but it is so worth it. The par 3s are amazing with dramatic downhill shots. The course is fair and tough at the same time.

I’ve played here 5 times now and I can’t wait to get back. It’s really that good.

Absolutely incredible!

This place is amazing. Quintero is honestly better than most of the private clubs I have played. It was in perfect shape and the greens were lightning fast. This is the best course in Arizona because they do everything right, just like at Augusta!
