Granite Falls Golf Club offers two courses, the North Course and the South Course. Rolling hills sprinkled with stately trees and large greens define both courses. The South Course has a challenging layout that appeals to all skill levels with four sets of tees and subtle but effective bunkering. Water comes into play on 10 holes. The golf course offers a scenic finishing hole that has two lakes, joined by a cascading waterfall with a fountain in the background. In addition to the two golf courses, Granite Falls Golf Club boasts extensive practice facilities including a short game area with a practice bunker, two putting greens, and a grass driving range with target areas.

Very nice course

Our first time playing. We played the South course. We played in under 4 hours on a weekend. Conditions were good. A challenging course. With four sets of tees so any level of ability would enjoy. I would play again.

Fun Course

First time playing this course and it was very enjoyable. Tee boxes and fairways were a little shaggy but not bad enough to effect ball spin or club selection. Green were hard and fast which was challenging but fun. Got stuck behind a foursome on the back nine that wouldn't let us pass which slowed down pace of play but no big deal.

Hot and muggy

It rained the night before so the fairways were a bit damp, but not terrible. Otherwise the fairways were in great shape. Everything was nice and green. I did not have to worry about thin lies anywhere. The greens were still a bit bumpy from the aeration previously done. You just had to remember to hit your putts firm. With all the rains we have been having I suspect that the greens will be back to normal shortly.

Nice layout, summer conditions

Course has a nice layout, played the North course in March and it was great for the value. South course in decent shape, but the fairways are too long which a lot of courses struggle with bare spots in the summer, there was plenty of grass just needs to be cut and maintained. Each ball comes out like a flyer from the fairway and the greens are incredibly firm and no give. Greens were very sandy and was nearly impossible to get a good roll on it, will try again in a few months once it has some time to recover

Missed greens

Course is fun except for the brick hard greens. Can't hold the green on almost every hole. Way to fast. Otherwise great course.

Ugh.

$100 and a Saturday round of golf you'd think they'd cut fairways and greens....fairways were so long you couldn't control the golf ball. $3 for a cup a coffee?

Greens are great!

This course has greens that were replaced around a year ago with a newer type of bermuda. I last played it before the renovation and it was in good shape then. The greens are holding well, but are fast. Stimp was around a 12. Greenside bunkers have been refilled with a fluffier sand and no longer have a hard pan feel that many of the courses in the valley have. Great layout and fairways were excellent.
