About
Pebblebrook Golf Course has a traditional design with interesting challenges that are suitable for golfers of all different skill levels. The course's greens are large and undulating and the fairways are wide and lined with dense forestry. Although the course is mostly flat, there are some slight rolling hills that can cause uneven lies. To add even more challenge, sand bunkers come into play on every hole and water hazards come into play on four holes. The Pebblebrook Golf Course facility also has a chipping area and putting green for golfers to use as well as a fully stocked pro shop.

great course
The only problem we had was it cost more to use golf now than just paying at the course. I'm a resident at sun city west, had my own cart, so that didn't help me. We don't have to pay any tax fee's, that was $7.00 plus. so if we had just gone there and played it would have cost $36.00 for 2 players, as it was we had to pay $41.12 for 2 of us. So this was not a good deal.
Fat and Flat
I give this course an overall GOOD rating. There is a fair amount of sand/water and the fairways and hazards were in good conditon. The open layout allows a decent amount of forgiveness yet challenges with the number and location of hazards. I played the blue tees and there are four (4) tee locations to give an excellent range of challenge depending on your skill level. Clubhouse is out-dated and drab but the peeps are friendly. :-)
Nice and green.
The course was green and in excellent condition. Greens were slow. My only problem with Pebblebrook was the course at 5700 yards was too long for my wife. We saw no other women there. I rated food and beverage 4 only because we didn't purchase anything.
Nice course!
I play many different golf courses during the summer . Until this round I found the fairways at most courses have burnt fairways and it seems no pride is taken to maintain the greens in the hot temps. Played this course and it by far has been the best course we have played this summer. Excellent greens that roll true and very nice fairways. If you want to go play a round that you can't blame on the golf course go play Pebblebrook.

playing in Sun City Grand.
Fit my game well
This is a typical Sun City course--lots of grass and trees and forgiving for stray shots. I liked that there were several holes with water hazards and the greens rolled pretty true. There was almost no one on the course in the late afternoon which made the pace of play great.
From the tips the can be a long coarse
3 Major Lakes which each on has a pair of Swans.

Nice mature course
This grass on this course is the nicest I have seen this summer. You can miss the fairways here and still be ok A quality layout that I plan on returning to.
Couldn't Sit Home for the U.S. Open
It was an overcast day in good old Arizona, so I could not pass up the opportunity to get out and play. Sorry, U.S. Open.
This was the first time I played Pebblebrook, but like most of the Sun City and Sun City West courses, I always seem to enjoy my round. The course is fairly wide-open, so you cannot get into too much trouble on any of these courses.
The course itself was well maintained. The fairways were all lush with no bare spots and the greens were in excellent shape. If you stayed in the fairway you generally had a good lie, but the rough was never really a problem either.
As for the pace of play, I was paired up and we played as a twosome. As a result, we had no pressure from behind and the twosome ahead of us kept reasonable pace. We, nevertheless, overtook them at the turn and had the course to ourselves the rest of the round.
Just a pleasant afternoon.

The course was perfect the staff was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I will definitely play this course again
another hidden gem in sun city west
What a great place to play golf! Fairways are very lush and fairly wide with a few holes that have some slope to them. Greens were fantastic and putted very true,not overly fast or tricky. Great layout with just enough hunkering to keep you on your game. Probably my only complaint is the gas carts that are really slow. Be careful on 18 a creek that we didn't see from the box runs across the fairway right about 260 yds out....we both drove into it. Have fun at Pebblebrook!!
Pristine condition
This course was in top shape and condition..fairways were green, and the greens were immaculate! Pro shop gal was extremely friendly and cute, and let us out 45 min early. For $10, this course looked as good, if not better than some courses in the winter time...will be going back very soon

This course is in very good condition. Fairways were well maintained.
Good value
Overall I enjoyed playing this course. It is a park type course - no desert. Holes are pretty much straight, not many doglegs. Greens were in good shape. Fun course with a chance to score well. Facilities are a bit below what I expected but that was not a big deal.

EXCELLENT JOB TO THE ENTIRE STAFF OF PEBBLEBROOK! THE COURSE WAS IN FANTASTIC SHAPE, THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND THE F/B WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.
