About
Orangebrook Country Club in Hollywood boasts two 18-hole courses, the East and the West. The golf courses are about equal in difficulty but each offers a different set of challenges. The West Course was added over 20 years after the original East Course, which was built in the 1930s. This newer layout has more water hazards and there are also several massive bunkers treacherously lurking about the greensides. The challenging elements are nicely balanced by wide-open, player-friendly fairways and small greens with few breaks. The golf course is overall very forgiving but it offers interesting risk-reward opportunities that will appeal to players of all skill levels. In addition to the two golf courses, Orangebrook C.C. boasts extensive practice facilities that include a spacious lighted driving range with distance markers and a practice bunker.

Great course for the price
This course is amazing for the price. For only about $35 you get a full 18 and a cart which is already a great deal. The course is also beautiful but could use some extra maintenance around the bunkers and some greens. But for its price it is a beautiful course and well worth it.

Slow pace
Very slow pace in first 9 and finished in almost 4 hours. There was absolutely no water in the course while you playing. No cart girl or such. Good course with good layout

Best condition in past two years
I was pleasantly surprised how much better the condition was on the course. The fairways were great and full, weeds were down, sand traps were nicely kept, greens are improving and can be better, but were much better than they were 6 months ago. Maintenance people were working on the course, which is nice to see and their work is noticeable.

The course is in good shape.
Since I last played this course over 2 years ago, it has been upgraded significantly. Though the greens are a bit slow, they are smooth. Which means, if you put your putt on line it will go I the cup. The bunkers were in excellent shape. I look forward to golfing this course again in the near future.

West course only open
I wish they would be forthcoming and tell you a course is closed rather than driving there and finding out after. I will now ask moving forward but think it would be a nice courtesy.
And where is the person with a cart serving water, drinks...never .

Greens in not good condition
Relationship between the green fee paid and what you get is good. Fairways are ok and has a good layout.
