Hollywood Beach Golf & Country Club offers a championship course where you can enjoy a private and secluded setting free of homes anywhere near the fairways, tees, or greens. Donald Ross originally designed the golf course in 1924. It has a classic layout that has withstood the test of time to become one of the area's most popular public courses. Seasoned golfers will find that the course is not the most challenging but it is good for a casual round that will still keep you on your toes. The course is tight, requiring a fair amount of accuracy. There are not many hazards but there are some and they are very strategically placed. The layout is player friendly enough to accommodate a range of skill levels and the affordable rates make Hollywood Beach Golf & Country Club doubly appealing.

Diamond on the rough
The staff is extra friendly and goes the extra mile for you. The course needs some love but you can see they are working on it. Darn iguanas everywhere, almost as bad as the Canadian geese back home. I would play it again.
Very Nice for the Price
Course was well laid out and fun to play even though my game was decidedly off. staff was friendly and relaxed, you can tell they enjoy being there and helping out golfers. Tee times after 1:30 were extremely reasonable and we were able to finish out just before sunset after starting at 2:30(In December).
Green are the worst green I’ve seen in all m’y Life .
Tee Off should not make business with that course or they like that type of course.Please Tee Off or Golf Now stay away from that course.I hope that you are not proud to send customer there……
Ranger needed
Course is in pretty good condition, and the staff is professional and friendly.
During our round, there was no ranger to encourage etiquette or pace of play. A group was so slow that there were 3 empty holes in front of them. They also had speakers on their cart which was broadcasting lound music onto the course. We saw a ranger once, but nothing was done to move the group along or to.tell them to reduce the volume of there music.
Ok for a quick round.
This course has definitely seen better days and is in noticeably worse condition than it was in the spring. Pace of play was ok but I think having white tees with par 4s that are 400 plus yards at a public course like this one that has a lot of hackers playing it just isn't a good idea. Move the white tee boxes up on the long par 4s so that these golfers can reach the green in 3 shots as opposed to 4 or 5 that a lot of them are taking.
