Hollywood Beach Golf & Country Club offers a championship course where you can enjoy a private and secluded setting free of homes anywhere near the fairways, tees, or greens. Donald Ross originally designed the golf course in 1924. It has a classic layout that has withstood the test of time to become one of the area's most popular public courses. Seasoned golfers will find that the course is not the most challenging but it is good for a casual round that will still keep you on your toes. The course is tight, requiring a fair amount of accuracy. There are not many hazards but there are some and they are very strategically placed. The layout is player friendly enough to accommodate a range of skill levels and the affordable rates make Hollywood Beach Golf & Country Club doubly appealing.

The friendliness makes up for the lousy greens and burnt faiways
Great and challenging course especially the long par 4‘s. While the staff does a good job it needs a complete overhaul

I needed a rake on the greens. Terrible conditions

Old course with a challenging layout. Not well kept though. Greens and fairways need work.
Lately, there has been a lot of insects annoying me but today was the worst. Sorry to say I left after 16 holes as I couldn't take any more insect bites.
Rained out
After playing 2 holes the skies opened up and stormed for over an hour so I left. Unfortunately they were not offering rain checks, so I only played 2 holes - an expensive round of 2 holes..
