About
Crossroads Golf Club offers a total of 27 holes, which includes an 18-hole championship course and a nine-hole par-3 course. The Championship Course has an open, parkland layout where you don't have to worry about hitting any homes. The layout has five par 3s and five par 5s, designed to appeal to players of all skill levels. The greens play fairly fast and there are mature trees lining the fairways. Water has a prominent presence on the golf course, coming into play on a majority of the holes. One of the most memorable water holes is the par-5 12th, which has a lake lining the entire right side. There are several strategically placed bunkers to watch out for as well. The Par-3 Course at Crossroads is worth checking out too, there's plenty of water and sand.

best conditions
I have played this course many times over the last 20 years, best condition ever. All the greens are in great shape, rolling well. Plenty of grass on the tees and fairways. Very few wet spots.

GREAT course for the $
Thoroughly enjoyed playing here and look forward to playing again. Being my 1st time it's good to see the course is well marked and the cart path is continuous.
Traps/bunkers are well maintained. There are some waste areas that looked like bunkers on my app and led me to hit a different club off the tee - shouldn't have - they're not that close to the Fairway. 18 is one of these.
Fairways are n good shape and provide a good lie.
Greens: my favorite aspect of the course! They are not the best looking greens I've played BUT they roll true and hold a well hit shot. So many Bermuda greens don't consistently roll true - frustrates the heck out of me to hit a putt with an obvious break and it stays straight :(.
Lost 2 strokes to "1st time playing here" on 5 and 18. Looks like u can reach water (that didn't show on my app) on 5 - u can't. 18 looks narrow on the app and from the tee, it isn't. Hit driver.

Steady course
I hadn’t played Crosswinds in a couple of months and found the conditions nice. We’d had some recent heavy rains but except for a couple of greens where a good squeegee would have helped, the course looked to be in great shape.

Course in good shape
The courses generally was in good condition. There were a couple greems and fairways not up to par. The bottom line for me is that Crosswinds offers one of the best golfing values in the greater Savannah area.

Great Time
Course is getting back to where it use to be. Their greens were running really slow but true. The only negative 9report is that there was a group of 5 and didn't let p0eople play thru, so we went back and started over. That was frustrating but the day was a great time on the course.. The other negative was that there was no food as it was closed and it was 2:30

Better conditions than in the past
The greens and fairways were in much better condition than a month ago. The tee boxes still ned some work but they are doing a better job moving them around to help them recover. Pace of play was better than usual. Overall, a very enjoyable round.

Bad timing
Play today eas not forworned that the greens has been aeriated and sanded. Other then that the course is in fine shape and enjoyable trip .

Enjoyable layout
This course is fairly wide open for right hand golfers that still have a out-to-in swing and tend to slice the ball from left to right off the tee. Kind of hard to loose a ball unless you find water and their are a few challenges there to make it a risk-reward adventure. The greens/tee box and fairways were all in very good shape.
While the greens were soft from the prior days rain, fellow golfers seem to be doing a great job of repairing ball-marks. I would have thought I would have played well today , having never played out of any sand-traps or inside the tree line, but I was either just short or long on majority of my approach shots, that par was a struggle and bogy was the norm. ( missed my only real makeable Birdie putt)
I recommend this course for its location to the airport ( 7 mins tops) , the friendly layout and current conditions. If you are a single, its fairly easy to move around, skip and loop holes to avoid waiting for groups on the front Nine only. Just study the course layout map and know your bearings , so you can move freely and make the round more enjoyable for yourself and groups in front of you that don't like to be tailgated.
