Championship Course at Crosswinds Golf Club
About
Crossroads Golf Club offers a total of 27 holes, which includes an 18-hole championship course and a nine-hole par-3 course. The Championship Course has an open, parkland layout where you don't have to worry about hitting any homes. The layout has five par 3s and five par 5s, designed to appeal to players of all skill levels. The greens play fairly fast and there are mature trees lining the fairways. Water has a prominent presence on the golf course, coming into play on a majority of the holes. One of the most memorable water holes is the par-5 12th, which has a lake lining the entire right side. There are several strategically placed bunkers to watch out for as well. The Par-3 Course at Crossroads is worth checking out too, there's plenty of water and sand.

Golfer Reviews
Solid track
Down visiting the inlaws and needed to get out of the house. Had a tee time for 8 as a single, the other group playing with me were going to be late so the starter let me get out right away by myself. Ended up catching a 3 some on the 3rd tee and played with them the rest of the round. Very unique layout with 5 par 3s and 5 par 5s. Looks like the course got a lot of rain recently but was very playable. Planes landing right over your head is cool as well. Really liked the par 5 9th. Reachable in two, as long as you are confident in a wood or long iron over water. Will play again when I’m back in town.
Blown Away
20-25 MPH winds made for a tough round, but we really enjoyed the course. Very playable and pace of play was less than 4 1/2 hours for a foursome. Under the circumstances, we were pleased. The fighter jets doing vertical takeoffs was a bonus! Awesome to see!
PACE OF PLAY SO AGONIZING
Played course twice in 7 days but pace of place is Soooooo Slowwwwww over 5 hrs on a midweek and 5,30 minutes on weekend no Marshall to monitor play, Love the staff and course .but until pace of play improves im not coming back.
TERRIBLE terrible Slow play
Greens are ok , layout great Staff 👍 great but over 5 hrs to play around of golf just kills the day , No Marshall to monitor play, Not a great day..just being very honest, I also played the course 3 days earlier and pace of play was not much better, .I had some friends play the same day they teed off after us at 1pm and they never got to finish there round only got 15 holes completed before darkness.
Slow Slow Slow Play very slow round 5 hrs
Staff are always Fantastic, everything is good The greens need to be rolled, very spongy, but 5 hour round just kills the pleasure of playing golf , nobody to enforce pace of play Such a pity.
No on course monitoring of pace of play
For some reason a walking foursome never allowed the three twosomes behind them to play through. Could have easily been done after 9. Or better yet mentioned in clubhouse when they started that three twosomes were behind them and please let them through. spoiled an otherwise enjoyable day
Always a fun time
Course was in good shape and it’s challenging. Pace of play was 4 hours. Customer service was excellent! Golf pro went out of his way to help me. Always a fun time at Crosswinds. Fighter jets flying overhead was interesting to see.
Cart path only because of wet condition
tough course when it is wet
nice layout
the jets flying directly overhead were fun for a few holes but then they were just really loud and distracting.
I look forward to playing here in better conditions
Just the practice range. Good
I have to walk every time because it doesn't drain. The course is too muddy to proceed properly
Great “Go To” When Visiting Savannah
Good course to play when in town. Course was in pretty good shape for this time of year (winter). If you can get use to the fighter jets and commercial planes flying in and out of the nearby airport, a great time is had.
