Kings Ridge Golf Club - Ridge Course
About
The Ridge Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole executive course in Clermont. The golf course was designed by Ron Garl and opened in 2002.
The golf course's panoramic views of the surrounding hills and downtown Orlando add enjoyment to the challenge of the water hazards, precise landing areas, well protected multi-tiered greens, pot bunkers, grassy hollows and deep Bahia grass roughs.

Great views!!! Photo submitted by SHASHI60 on 01/18/2015
First time this year
The green are a little rough. Hopefully they will improve
Slow
Course In not bad condition, geeens a little patchy and whoever cut the holes needs glasses, they were in ridiculous positions.fairways pretty good, played with 3 guys from North of new York, great company, but group in front of us were so slow, that I actually started shouting at them at one point, not a ranger In site to speed them up.Overall enjoyed my day.
The pro shop attendant couldn’t be bothered with anything other than his phone. I enjoyed the course though. The starter and the marshal were very friendly and accommodating.
Terrible
Shame on you for charging money to play this dog track, the grass that was on the greens was the crab variety. You should either close until it is playable or close completely if you are not going to care for it
Bad Greens
This course needs some serious work done on it. The greens have crab grass all over them. They also have large bare spots. Definitely not worth the price they are currently charging. Maybe they focus too much on their regular course because the holes you pass on the way to the executive course look in good shape. Won’t be back for a while.
Neglected course.
I like this course to get out and swing the clubs. But on my last visit, the greens were in horrible shape, the grass seemed like it hadn’t been cut, and a lot of dead spots on the course. It may be awhile before I go back.
Greens have turned bad
It’s a fun little course but unfortunately the greens are in bad shape, they used to be in decent shape but yesterday they were just unplayable in most areas. Hope they can get the greens back in shape.
Good day
Great day of golf on Labor Day at the Executive Course!
The course needs some maintenance
The course is a great course however I was disappointed of the condition, really needs better maintenance….
Kings Ridge executive course
This is a great course for new beginners to play and to bring your wife out for an easy round of golf. It would be nice if the ground tapers what cut the grass more and it put a little bit more time on the greens. It would be nice if the ground tapers what cut the grass more and it put a little bit more time on the greens. With the heat in Florida right now it would be nice if they had a midway Stop for food, drinks and water. This is a wonderful area to play, though and the executive course takes you away from the main course with all of the serious golfers who wants to rush you. We had a great time I do recommend this course.
Great course
Great course
, like playing this executive course, needs a little more attention and of course rain but always a good time
Greens are in terrible condition
Plan to add a few strokes to your putting. The greens and tee boxes are terrible.
Not a good course
Staff just took money and pointed at the direction to go. Not telling me you have to drive what seemed to be 3 miles through a neighborhood with not very many signs and arrows. I started out the wrong direction and went to the other course. When I finally did get to the right course l was disappointed. Basically a par 3 course that was dry and not very good shape
Not a good course
When I checked in they weren't very friendly and just pointed me in the direction to go. I ended up going to the wrong course which to be honest didn't look that good either. When I went back to the clubhouse a member finally told me you have to drive through the neighborhood and follow the signs and arrows. It seemed like I drove for 5 miles before finding 1 teebox the course was dry and a par 3 course. Green's were ok but everything around them were not great. Would not recommend
Executive Course
A challenging par 3 style executive course. Typically in really great shape but the greens are in need of attention. Many of them had weeds growing tall on the fringes and weeds on the putting surface which impacted the consistency when around and on the greens. I would also note a leaking sprinkler head on the 18th green created a casual water hazard in the middle of the green.
