St. Johns Golf & Country Club

Looking forward to returning to St. John's Golf & Country Club. We enjoyed this golf course and club house very much.

This was a great course to play for my wife and I. we were matched with a Club member and his wife who were congenial and welcoming. The Course was well laid out and the entire staff very friendly and helpful. The course was in very good condition and the fairways/greens fast but not crazy fast. Course offered good challenges,. Excellent value for cost. Quite beautiful and fun to play.

Our first time playing St John's and wow I was blown away. A fantastic golf course in great shape! Beautiful fairways and greens that were rolling close to 12. I will definitely return and pray that its around a long time. I was truly saddened to read it maybe sold to developers for more housing. That would be a true same because golf courses like this are hard to find. I've payed quadruple the cost here at supposedly top name places and I feel St Johns blows the away!

From a tourist’s standpoint, I enjoyed the course. Not terribly difficult, nice layout, great price.

One of the best courses in Jax. Very slow play due to tournament from the morning so didn’t quite get 18 in.

An absolute bear from the tips in terms of length. Definite must play.

course was excellent- greens typically fast but sweet..But I can't play a 5 hour round on a Thursday afternoon ..waiting on every single shot.. not a ranger in sight

Very golfer friendly. Wide fairways on 90 %of the holes.

Fast greens, easy to control putting. Big greens, easy to hit.

I'm a pretty good stick, but the greens at this course are way too fast for everyone I played with both times. You cannot even putt the ball online all day for fear of the speed. Ridiculous. I don't know who they think they are trying to impress. The course layout is great, but will probably not play it again unless it was really cheap and I felt like getting aggravation on every green. I can putt pretty well usually but by the end of the round, after hitting every fairway three putted so many greens was happy the round was over. I would like to see a pro not three putt on those greens at least five times a round. BOGUS.

Course in very good condition. I play a lot of courses in North East Fla area. Would rate St Johns as one of best values in area.
