TPC Sawgrass - Dye's Valley Course

This was a great golfing experience. The staff at TPC Sawgrass were amazing! The pro shop, golf marshals, beverage carts, were helpful, courteous, and experience! The course was in great condition and it was worth the time to drive out to the Jacksonville area. Thanks again!

Being from California makes me no stranger to great golf courses. My recent trip to Florida to see family gave me the opportunity to play the Dye Valley course. What an amazing experience. From being greeted at the clubhouse to the starters to the staff inside of the pro shop everyone was wonderful. The golf course was nothing more than perfect. Other than being extremely nervous after the first tea, my round went great play was great, and I even managed to play a decent round. 10/10 experience.

Wonderful Course But A Six Hour Round Is too Much. We played Dye Valley the course is wonderful and the facilities top notch but they allowed a large group that was incredibly slow and did nothing to control the pace. For the price we paid I expected better.

The course was in perfect condition. However, I was forced to share a caddy who provided nothing of value during the round.

First time playing Dyes valley. Course is excellent with it being tough but fair. Condition was super.

Starter was lovely and a great asset to the experience.

Service at bag drop left a lot to be desired.

Great golf course but dry fairways and the greens had food dye to make them look greener. The $350 green fee was a bit high for the course but oh well. Very fast greens so I suggest the practice green ahead of play. Lots of water and sand on the course. Bunkers were very well maintained and our caddie was a valuable asset for reading the greens. Looking forward to playing the Champions course but not for $1000 green fee.

The service was wonderful but, $400 after tipping the caddie is overkill. Great layout and well conditioned. Our caddie was a nice man but offered very little in the way of helping. This was a Christmas gift to myself, and I enjoyed the gilf course and played in 4 hours, but there are so many good options for a small fraction of the cost.

The Dye corse needs more drainage upgrades, I expected cart path only with the weather just before I played. Our forecaddy (Logan) was very good at his job and easy to talk with. Greens were the fastest I had ever played. Can’t wait to play it again, hopefully the stadium corse.

I left my ranger stuck to the cart. It had my name on it with the number to my home club. I did not notice until two days later. When I called over they said that it had not been found. Now its been four days still nothing. I guess that is the difference between a private and a public course. Makes me reconsider joining. I know its my fault but at my age I forget stuff all the time. It is just disheartening.

As a high handicapper, I found this course to be extremely challenging. Fortunately, I was paired with more experienced golfers, who led by example and were extremely encouraging. This made for a enjoyable round, even though my playing leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is top-notch in every way. The grounds are beautiful, and well maintained. The clubhouse is iconic and words on its own. Highly recommend.

One of those once in a lifetime opportunities, don’t pass it up!
