Heritage Harbour Golf Club

I played this for the first time and won't play this course again.

The course layout was poor.

Playing the roughly 6200 yard tee boxes, there was a hole over 500 yards long, 3 over 400 yards long, a 200 yard par 3 where you had to carry the water to get on the green.

On many holes not many "safe" shot options.

Most fairways and sand traps were in poor shape, tee boxes were OK, greens were good.

New golf carts were very good.

Nice course. Greens were in great shape. Pace of play was average. Staff was professional. Vast improvement since the last time I played here.

Played early. Fairways were in good shape for winter golf in Florida. Greens were in great shape, and rolled fast and true.

Course layout was great fairways were in good condition. Greens were very good. On arrival I was met by friendly staff. Water came in to play almost every hole that kept you on your toes.

Fairways greens tee boxes and all great for a par 70 course. Only not good was the elevated greens hard to keep the ball on the green.

First and last time playing here…multiple groups stacked up on every tee…brutally slow pace of play. The course itself was in great shape but I left about 3 hours in after only making it through 9 holes…

Greens were in great shape, however the tee boxes were a little rough. Overall a good place to play. Winter rates are a little high , but supply and demand causes that.

I play this course at least once every winter and always enjoy it. Negatives first. There needs to be better signage entering the community directing you to the golf course. There are two significant absences, ball washers (they couldn't be that expensive) and sand for the bunkers. It seems that all the courses I play, there is a deficit of sand in the bunkers. You would think sand would be plentiful on the coast! Now for the positives. EVERYTHING ELSE! The staff were nice, especially in the bar where you get a free beer, etc, Practice area was very good. Tees were well laid out with a variety of levels. Fairways are well designed with sufficient penalty areas. Greens were in decent condition for winter golf, even though a little on the slow side. Starter was a great ambassador. Don't visit this area without playing this course.

The fairways tees and greens were in excellent condition. When they repave the cart paths this will be the best in county.

Wonderful greens. The course overall isn't in immaculate shape although part of that is likely the time of year. The greens though rolled exceptionally well. Putt well here and you can score. Struggle with your putting weight and expect to pay for it as they roll out.

Water every hole although it's clear on GPS, nothing blind.
