Waterlefe Golf & River Club is built along a particularly beautiful section of the Manatee River, complete with wide expanses of pristine marshes and pleasant coves. Don't be surprised if on the 15th tee you spot a family of manatees poking noses up for a breath of air. The golf course was designed with a great deal of time, effort and expense going toward protecting and resorting the natural environment that gives the course it unique character. The gently sloped greens with the newest Tifteagle Bermuda offer the ultimate in putting. A must
Waterlefe at its worst is better than 9/10 courses in the Sarasota Bradenton area. When the course is in tip top shape where are you playing?. At its worst, free range balls, immaculate clubhouse and restaurant, professional staff. So if the course is not up to par because of punching the greens or dry conditions or too much rain, you still have all those other things that fall back on.

Waterlefe in Bradenton Review
The course was in good shape. The price that we paid from "Golf Now" was reasonable. It could have been a little less but overall I think it was good. The staff at Waterlefe was nice and accommodating. It was a very rainy day and I called and talked to someone at Golf Now who said that if when we got there and it was raining heavily that I should call Golf Now and let them speak to the Pro Shop people and they would give me a total refund. That is a good option in my opinion.
Membership
Played in front of some members that were a it rude. The course was packed and they kept riding up on as if they were wanting to play through.

Waterlefe Golf Club
Everything was amazing. The only issue I had was the pace of play was slow because we had some groups of two ahead of us.
Water water everywhere
Beautiful course but way too difficult for average player
Should only be for golfers
Course was great except for the random dude they let tag along with the members who tried starting a fight with us. The course should only be for people playing.
Great Time
The course was in perfect condition. I only thought the par 3 #15 was a bit unfair for average golfers. The only place to land the ball was on the green. All other shots ended in unplayable lies. Other than the one hole, the overall course was awesome and I will play there again.
Worth it
Really like this course.
There is nothing worse than playing a course that is not well-kept……..but this course is nice.

Beautiful course but too pricy
This was my 1st time playing this course and oh wow is was beautiful and challenging! This was by far the most I have ever paid to play a round of golf. Too pricy for me.
