No Veterans discount this day?
I usually get to this course a few times a month. They offer a veterans discount ..(10%). Today, they charged a "holiday" rate, which added 10 bucks to the total. The worst part, NO VETERANS Discount! The course usually has a decent pace of play. The pace of play was slow, due to a twosome playing slow, (Strange), sandwiched between the foursome in front of them and our group. Not quite sure why they wouldn't put the 2 in front of the group of four, but it made for a long day.
Nice Track Needs Some TLC
Thought the layout was awesome. Allot of the approaches need some TLC.
Last Round Here
This is the second time I decided to try this course as it is affordable. But even then it was still not worth $40/person. The tee boxes are all in rough shape. The pace of play was terrible. Waiting on almost every hole. Half of the cart paths look more like a beach than a path. They were enforcing a 90 degree rule and I’m not sure why? Course wasn’t soaked. Will not be going back. Staff was friendly and the clubhouse is very nice, but after that…not so much.

Pace of play was very slow . Over 4hrs Mag Point is a nice course but need rangers to speed up play

Good course overall
The only minus was the greens being extremely slow .
Need a ranger with a whip!
Nice layout. Some holes are a little tight together. A good course map would have been helpful. We were a twosome following a foursome. I expect to wait a bit in that situation but this was absurd. There was no group in front of them. A good ranger would have either let us go through or had them pick up and move to the next tee a few times.
