Surrounded by 200 acres of carefully preserved wetlands, the Groves Golf & Country Club offers championship golf in a spectacular setting. It sits conveniently just 20 minutes north of Tampa in Land O Lakes. Maintaining the natural beauty of the landscape was a top priority when designing the golf course, which is why the layout manages to seamlessly blend into the surroundings. The course, which measures 4,026 yards, offers all of the challenging qualities of a championship-length course but can be played in four hours or less. The player-friendly golf course offers something for all skill levels whether you are a scratch golfer looking for a quick round, or a beginner looking for some challenging practice. In addition to the course, The Groves also boasts a unique aqua driving range as well as putting and chipping greens.

It was path only for absolutely no reason, other than they were too lazy to set the carts up to keep people out of 3 or 4 wet areas. It slowed play to a crawl.. Tons of other places to play.

Fun Course!

Loved this course. It was a combination of medium to short length holes with doglegs, water, and sand. Beautifully manicured with excellent scenery. Nice carts, plenty of signage and staff was beyond friendly!

Very slow. Overpriced for a small course.

Although the staff and amenities were very nice, the overall pace was slower than my 77 year old grandfather used to play. 4000 yards and it took a little over 4 hours with only 2 people. Probably won't go back. If you can drive 250 or more, don't go. There are so many short par 3s that I kept over shooting the Green with my pitching wedge. I never got to use my 3 wood or 5 wood because the par 5 was only 350. If you like short courses, you should love this course.
