About
Surrounded by 200 acres of carefully preserved wetlands, the Groves Golf & Country Club offers championship golf in a spectacular setting. It sits conveniently just 20 minutes north of Tampa in Land O Lakes. Maintaining the natural beauty of the landscape was a top priority when designing the golf course, which is why the layout manages to seamlessly blend into the surroundings. The course, which measures 4,026 yards, offers all of the challenging qualities of a championship-length course but can be played in four hours or less. The player-friendly golf course offers something for all skill levels whether you are a scratch golfer looking for a quick round, or a beginner looking for some challenging practice. In addition to the course, The Groves also boasts a unique aqua driving range as well as putting and chipping greens.

Excellent course and Ammenities
The staff is very friendly, the course is always in great condition. Fairways and greens very nice. The food is excellent, you have to try it.
Great short course
Nice layout, greens are very good. It is a short course and will improve your iron play, you can use a driver too.
Groves Review
Played Monday 4/22. Everything was fine. Course is in good shape and very short, par 66 with 8 par 3s.
If I go again it will be to practice my iron play..which I did on the back 9.
Staff very friendly in pro shop and at grille.
Played with 2 guys from Switzerland who were fun and nice. Overall a good day..

Nice course, very scenic.
Course is short but challenging. You will play it different from most courses. Lots of water hazards and bunkers to challenge shot making. Staff, carts , and course were very nice. Food and drink in bar area was excellent, very gracious bartenders. Will recommend to my friends. Course in very good condition for this time of year and heavy play schedule.

Great course for a good pace of play!
I have been coming here for years and it’s always been a great course if you want to play a quick 18 holes with a nice fast pace of play! The course conditions are always good for the most part & they’re never overpriced! Staff is always friendly & the clubhouse food is on point! 👌 🙌👏

A Good day on the golf course
This is a short course but challenging enough

The Peale that work there are extremely nice
The condition of the course is the best we’ve seen since we arrived March 1st
From T boxes to fairways to greens
We are a 40 min drive away but keep going back for all of the reasons above
