About
Miami Springs Golf & Country Club dates back to 1925, making it one of the oldest courses in the area. The club is the original home of the Miami Open and it has hosted many notable players over the years including Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen. The golf course has become a local favorite over the years, offering a round that is both challenging and affordable. The golf course has a traditional design with narrow fairways lined with mature trees and the greens are small and subtly undulating. It's a layout that demands accuracy and careful course management will be generously rewarded. You won't find too much water on the golf course but there are some strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. Miami Springs Golf & C.C. has some tricky holes but it's not overly difficult for the high handicapper.

Good but...
Yesterday the pace was really slow. Round about 5.5 hours. The course still good, but fairways overplayed.
This course has improved the greens
The golf course must continue to carry out a good maintenance program so that it continues to improve. Many of us are happy with the conditions it is in at the moment.
GREAT COURSE
Very open and forgiving course but yet challenging. Very well maintained, especially the greens. Definitely coming back to play there more often.
I love this course….but
I’ve been patiently waiting for Miami Springs, one of my favorite courses, to re-open after a 6 month renovation. When it did reopen the green fees more than doubled the previous rates.
I found a hot deal and was anxious to see the results of the project. I expected to see lush fairways and found the typical burnt out muni hard pan with dirt and weeds for rough. I can say that the greens were faster than before and more sand in the bunkers, but….. what happened to the renovation? Why the exorbitant fees for mediocre conditions?
Maybe the summer rains will help the grass grow…but.
Courses in very good shape. Greens , Fairways are in perfect condition.
Not recommended
Pace of play is terrible, course is not in the best condition, rough is mostly dry grass very hard surface. Course is not marked for distance. Very pricey for quality of play.
Really nice
Great Track, staff from the club house to the cart attendants 19th hole etc, very friendly and welcoming. Course and greens were in a great condition. I really enjoy the round.

Enjoyed the facilities, practice areas and friendly staff. Well worth the $..
Welcome Back
As much home course, I have patiently waiting for the course reopening after a complete makeover. It’s only been a couple of weeks since the reopening so there’s still some growth in certain areas but overall very happy with the course.
While the tee’s were way up as the back tee boxes were not open, they still were very good. The fairway grass is much better and the greens are perfect. The bunkers are true bunkers.
Glad to welcome the course back.
Great renovations
Fairways are rolling nice, greens are literally perfect!! Pace of play was fast.
Wet but loved every minute
Played here today while over from England and despite the English weather the course was one the best I have played condition wise and all the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The cherry on top was the trip to the bar afterwards where the food was great and very reasonably priced too.
Wish I had chance to play here again before heading home.

You've got to be kidding me right? This course is not such great shape. Fairways aren't in good shape, greens are slower than molasses. 14th Hole is blocked off. For being closed for almost a year. It still looks the same to me and it's totally overpriced
