Forest Glen Golf & Country Club

This was my second time playing Forest Glen. It’s always a treat for me being that these private courses offer up tee times to the public during the off season. Was really looking forward to my round, didn’t score what I was aiming for but none the less I had a great time. The course is beautiful, lots of wildlife. Hopefully I’ll get in one more round before the close up for the season.

Course is poorly managed and the staff was less than friendly.

Amazing course to get on in the summer for Naples residents, sometimes very slow pace if play ended up leaving after 10 holes yesterday

Great golf staff and course. I wish they offered a few public tee times during season. This is a local club that I would join as an outside member.

$23 for the round because they had sanded the greens. Had to hit 'em hard to get to the hole. But who cares, it's a fabulous course, wonderful layout and plenty challenging and variety. Friendly helpful staff. A lush course, many holes you have to carry water into the green. Fun, fun, fun! Errant shots pay a price, but the course is so beautiful it does not matter. Never got into a groove till the back nine around hold 12 but then beauty and fun combined. Would play again in a nanosecond. Shot placement is a big deal on this beauty.

I’m staying at the JW Marriott in Marco and was looking to play a round with my son. I did some research on some nearby courses to play and stumbled upon Forest Glen on a killer TeeOff deal - $33/player at 12:50. Yes, a good chance of rain and storms in the afternoon but we took the risk and it paid off. The course is in impeccable condition and so much fun. Not very long and the driver never truly needs to come out, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Water on almost every hole and you have to be able to hit good shots to small greens. I will definitely play here again someday!
