They are working hard on the course doing cart paths, greens in really good shape keep up the good work

Fairways were too wet to play. Other groups were riding into wet areas when they shouldn't be. This worsens the course. No rangers on the course to monitor.

A few wet spots due to all the recent rains but nothing to be concerned about. They are working on the cart paths but that doesn’t come into play if you can find the fairways. Greens are in real nice shape. 39 on the back nine so I can’t complain 😎😎

Greens are getting better and better wish people would fix their ball marks

Had a tee tima at 1030am course is in great shape for the price best option in Tampa hands down

4 stars due to conditions not optimum for time of year comparatively to other courses

My wife and I play Lexington Oaks fairly often, one a month or so. The conditions are great for the time of the year and the upgrades and course care that was taken during it's shut down for remodeling is clear. Great course for the money.

Fun and challenging course, very nice greens and place in really good shape

Different set up than I'm used to, longer par 5s and 3's with shorter par 4s. Greens were above average, fairways are good too. Pace was a little slow as my foursome finished in over 4 hours having to wait on the tee for most of the back 9.

Only small gripe I had was one of our carts had gps and the other one didn't so we had to drive to our partners to give them the yardages and back to our ball for play. Not sure why they use the carts without GPS, wasn't really crowded in the afternoon

First the positive, the staff are all very nice. However, I had a feeling I was in for a long day when I arrived and found they were booking tee times on a 7 or 8 minute stagger and had three foursomes waiting to tee off and already behind on getting people off on time by a good amount. It didn't get better from there. The course overall is in relatively poor shape. Tee boxes were chewed up badly with lots of different grasses and bare spots. Many tee boxes were fairly unlevel. Fairways were not much better in many cases with lots of bare spots and different grasses and some weeds. Greens rolled reasonably well but areas around greens were again in rough shape. Bunkers were basically just dirt for the most part. Much of that could be fixed with some TLC given to the course. However, the thing that can't be fixed are the terrible layout of a few holes, especially a few terrible layouts on the back 9. Hole 15 is a good example of a terribly laid out hole, one that seems like they had to fit in a hole and did so with what space was available around the ponds regardless of whether or not it is a terrible hole. In any case, I had wanted to like the course more, but even at $50 it isn't worth wasting the drive or the day to play this course given other options available in the area.

Played at 1:07, had to wait on a cart ad the morning play was crowded. We finished in about 4 hours 15 minutes. The course is in great shape except most players didn't take the bunkers so they were a bit difficult to get out of.
