Golf course just opened back after 5 month totally worth the wait tees fairways and greens in great shape

The greens are the worst I have ever seen and played on. Dirt and grass patches on every green. Staff at checkin never mentioned that the greens were unplayable.

We were warned at check in that the greens were bad and the course would be closing. The lady was nice but still charged us full price. First green on hole #1 was actually in nice shape with a small patch of fungus ti the back of the green which was no big deal. Then hole 2 and every other green was unplayable. We just took two putts max because they were so bad. Artificial turf would have been better. Horrible playing conditions for them to charge us full price. Shame on you Lexington Oaks.

Just booked and played and no one in the pro shop let us know that the greens were in such horrible condition. I never have seen anything this bad for the price that we had to pay. I hope the course owners does something about this problem or they will be loosing a lot of customers.

Forget, the almost $50 you paid, for the round. Forget the heat. Forget the dirt tee boxes. What’s not forgettable is the crappy greens, you had to putt on. Nothing like landing an approach shot less than 10 feet from the hole and 3 putting because the line goes from dirt, to a patch of grass, back to dirt which turns the ball either left or right of the hole. Anyways, very very disappointing, because I have seen how nice this course can be.

Course has a virus on the greens and as per usual they don’t tell you until after you check in and pay. That’s the crappiest thing you can do. No cart girl for cold drinks, no gos, poor course markings for distance to flags and greens etc. Will not play again for quite some time

Tee boxes and fairways are average. I heard they lost their superintendent, and it shows. I have even played in a league there. All of the water hazards were dry or very low. I would not recommend. Sorry to see.

Greens were mainly dirt with patches of grass. Putting was a joke. Remainder of golf course was acceptable. Charging way too much to putt on goat ranch greens

This course used to have great greens. I don't know what happened but there are at least 40% dead and what is still green has rough grasses forcing putts off line. Great challenging layout.

This was my second time playing this course & I am a weekend warrior. My standards are low. My buddy & I quickly realized that this was not the same course we played in 08/2022. Fun round hut had many setbacks. We implemented a 2 putt max on all greens, they were awful. The fairways are burnt & patchy. Literally every green is affected. I felt lucky when I had a 5 or less ft putt that had a clear path to the hole, anything over 5ft, no chance. Also the pace of play was ridiculous. Backed up 2 groups on every hole. The ranger wasn’t pushy but still just one more thing about this round. Will not return until major changes are made.

I played 2 weeks ago greenes are getting a little better you can see they are working on them hopefully they can get them back soon

Was invited by a friend. Heard goodthings. All the greens are unplayable. Actually they should close amd do therepair. $38 way to much. After 9 holes asked for money back. Pro shop lady laughed .

Invited a good friend to play, I hadn't been to Lexington Oaks for at least 3 months, I always enjoy the course. But at this moment/day May 5th the greens are dirt/fungus, all 18, they are an embarrassment!

This course gad always been pristine. The greens are suffering. Every green had half of the green dead. They said it was due to a virus and they were treating it. I would be very surprised if the greens are able to generate regrowth.

The greens make it unplayable….. no way is it worth the price
