Fun track, great time
This was a great layout and the course was in good good condition overall. T-boxes were a bit bare but otherwise the course was in nice shape. I’d play it again when in the area.

Pleasantly surprised
I was a little worried because almost every review was Doom and Gloom. They said their rounds were very slow. Some even 6 hours, but no. We teed off at 12:15 as a twosome on Sunday and played in 4 hours and 15 minutes without playing through any group. Love this track - played it many times in the past. Some rough spots on a few greens but overall a SOLID day.

Not enough carts and waiting on every hole
The tee times here are not spaced out enough and we had to wait until almost exactly our tee time to get a cart as they were turning them around when returned.

Horrible pacing.
Got stuck behind two groups playing incredibly slow and had to wait around 7-10 minutes at every tee box and another 7-10 minutes in the fairway. Almost 5 hours to play as a twosome. Every tee shot we took was accompanied by two or three groups stacked up behind us.

Think you misunderstood the problem. We were keeping up with the people on FRONT of us, but they wouldn't let us pass and it was so slow that we were backed up with two or three other groups.
You need to catch up to the folks in FRONT of you dont worry about the groups behind you!
