About
Located in Ave Maria, Panther Run Golf Club is less than 30 minutes from Naples but it has a much more secluded feel. The course was built with a strong dedication to preserving the landscape's beautiful natural features and significant environmental resources, even as residences started being developed. An abundance of lakes and waterways characterizes the golf course, all of which are filled with alligators and other native wildlife. It is nearly impossible to play a round without spotting a gator. In addition to the 13 holes with water, there are more than 60 bunkers strategically placed throughout. The challenges are balanced by generous greens and wide-open, player-friendly fairways. Panther Run G.C. also boasts an expansive practice facility that includes five practice greens, a short game area with two sand bunkers, and an aqua driving range.

Great course, open and affordable
A bit of a drive from Naples or Fort myers, but I’d say well worth it. Panther run has wide fairways forgiving off the tee. Bunch of tee deck options. The fairways and tee boxes are nice. Greens have small bit of patches but still roll relatively pure. Proshop let my mom use a putter she forgot. Good chipping putting and range into the water.

Course was nice
Course was pretty good condition considering somewhat recent air ration. The fairways were not the best, some mowing issue it seemed like. Overall good layout and nice course

Beautiful and wild
The nature was great here, in addition to a top notch golf course. Staff was friendly and course was in good shape. Some of the greens are still recovering from maintenance but it was not too bad at all. Green fee included range balls as well, which was a nice bonus.

Decent course
This course has a good layout but more on the easy side as it is fairly wide open. Unfortunately greens, although well designed, were very slow during my round. Most likely due to a recent aeration. Would play again.

Great course
Had a great time playing Panther Run! The pro shop staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The course itself is absolutely beautiful—well-maintained fairways, scenic views, and a peaceful layout. We even spotted tons of wildlife during our round, including alligators and wild turkeys, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a fun and relaxing round of golf in a stunning natural setting.

Panther Run
For it just being aerated and it being summer time, the course played really well. Maintenance crew knows what they are doing. Hardly affected playing conditions. Pro shop staff and starter were also very friendly and helpful with it being my first time on property. Overall, the course was very fun and challenging depending on the tees you choose to play from. Nice fairways and greens. Driving range and practice area are unique and the course has the water features and wildlife you are looking for when playing Florida golf. (Watch out for the gators!)

Top notch course
Although the greens were on the last stage of recovering from aerification, I cannot complain one bit about this wonderful golf course. One of the best in Florida.
