About
Located in Ave Maria, Panther Run Golf Club is less than 30 minutes from Naples but it has a much more secluded feel. The course was built with a strong dedication to preserving the landscape's beautiful natural features and significant environmental resources, even as residences started being developed. An abundance of lakes and waterways characterizes the golf course, all of which are filled with alligators and other native wildlife. It is nearly impossible to play a round without spotting a gator. In addition to the 13 holes with water, there are more than 60 bunkers strategically placed throughout. The challenges are balanced by generous greens and wide-open, player-friendly fairways. Panther Run G.C. also boasts an expansive practice facility that includes five practice greens, a short game area with two sand bunkers, and an aqua driving range.

Where were the rangers moving players along I know if my group is slow they’ll come up and say something to us . Way too slow back 9

Well worth the drive.

Great day at Panther Run
We were very fortunate to snag a relatively early tee time off of GolfNow. Panther Run was in great shape. Although we were in a foresome of Guests, we were able to maintain pace of play and finish in 3.5 hours without feeling rushed at all.
Greens were in excellent condition and rolled very well.
Same for fairways. A couple of tee boxes were a bit rough but that’s nitpicking if I’m being honest.
Very much worth the trip to Ave Maria from Naples.

Solid Course, Always in Great Shape
Not the most exciting course but consistently in good condition and a good time. Staff is always friendly and the round is kept at a good pace. I’ve seen more gators here than any other course in SW Florida so be on the lookout!
