About
Located in Ave Maria, Panther Run Golf Club is less than 30 minutes from Naples but it has a much more secluded feel. The course was built with a strong dedication to preserving the landscape's beautiful natural features and significant environmental resources, even as residences started being developed. An abundance of lakes and waterways characterizes the golf course, all of which are filled with alligators and other native wildlife. It is nearly impossible to play a round without spotting a gator. In addition to the 13 holes with water, there are more than 60 bunkers strategically placed throughout. The challenges are balanced by generous greens and wide-open, player-friendly fairways. Panther Run G.C. also boasts an expansive practice facility that includes five practice greens, a short game area with two sand bunkers, and an aqua driving range.

Needed Handicap sticker
Outstanding course conditions. But their handicap sticker didn’t stop the cart from making us put it in reverse to get out

Always a treat to play.
The fairways were not cut close as in my past experiences which cut into distance with rolls. The greens were also slower than in the past. Otherwise, the course was in beautiful condition.

we only did 9 holes as it was Twighlight special. From the check in to the starter the staff was helpful and friendly. Can't wait to do it again.

Well worth the drive.
