Enjoyable Course for the Fees and 9 Holes
My entire family loves this course. We most often play 18 holes other places, but when we're often looking for 9 holes and a shorter day...Mission Hills is our choice.
When do not have time for 18
Course is par 30 nice layout very easy to walk. Course was in good shape greens a little bumpy.
Replayed this course
Played 9 with my Bro and it wasn't enough. Replayed it for $8! We plan on playing here once a week. Good practice during the week.
Nice, quick, and fun round
Nothing spectacular about Mission Hills. If you are looking for a course for beginners or looking to "try and shoot low,"
this course is perfect. For being in a drought the course is pretty much all green with just a couple dry patches here and there. Soft greens let you feel like a pro and spin the ball back. Has few short par fours allowing some golfers to feel like a big hitter. Lots of fun, good pace, and very nice for the area. Perfect for the random golf outing.
The course is nice
The green and the fairway is in great condition. It is a good golf course
ok course, need to enforce dress code.
This course would of been much better if there was a dress code.....and if so it needs to be enforced.
Very Nice Little Course
The $18-$20 Non-resident price for mid day & week is just a tad high in my opinion...but I played for $10 on Golfnow.com and thought that was a great deal.
I shot a 38 (par 30) as a current 20 hdcp, so it was pretty fun & easy with a few good challenges. It took me only 1h20m to play 9, so it was a perfect lunch time spot.
Overall very enjoyable!!
this is a great course to play a quick round
Nice combination of short par 3's and long par 4's to keep your game in check. there is also some water hazards to make you think about your ball placement. Nice friendly course
Great staff and always a great time. Good weather and nice greens.
Great staff and always a great time. Good weather and nice greens. I always enjoy golf at Da Hills the weather is always beautiful and i have been lucky to play with good golfers or quality people.
Four of us had a good time!
The green were in good condition.
Lots of walking to get to the next tee.
Had to cross back & forth across community street several times.
Lots of goose droppings on course-- bring in the dogs.
Good food in cafe.
Challenges include bunkers and water hazards
For the intermediate player, it is a great course offering the complete playing challenges minus the 350+ yard fairways.
Greens are well kept. Easy walking course/carts available if you wish.
Restaurant has good breakfast/lunch menu.
awsome experience and course
Great 9 holes, set in a country club type setting , course built around houses , very nice greens, and oh yeah will force you to hit straight on 2 holes where u can pull out the driver, overall very nice 9hole, work on your game, .
challenging enough to be fun.
Average maintenance. Course has enough challenge to keep it interesting and fun. People are super friendly and the dining area is clean and serves good food. Love this course.
This course is great for beginners
I played the mission hills 9 hole and with a coupon code it was 5 dollars for two people, I doubt i'll ever find a deal that good again. The course consists of 6 par-3's and 3 par-4's which I found to be a great mix. The par threes were a comfortable distance hovering between 120-150 yds. while the par-4s provided a nice jump in difficulty. The course is very well maintained and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The driving range was great too with fake greens and flags to practice accuracy.
great 9 hole golf course ,good for any skill level ,staff are great
fun course with some level of challenges, one of the better nine hole golf course around the bay, well maintained greens, easy to walk around the course.
Well kept short course
Very short nine hole course. They offer power carts but its $10 per person which I think is on the high side. You can walk it pretty easily, in fact most do. The course is well maintained and it offers some shaded areas. I know because I have went into the trees many times :) Most fairways are very forgiving and it's an excellent course to practice your short game or for beginning golfers.
the course is enjoyable
The course is pretty much maintained.Great nine hole,It's a course to work on your short game. The greens need a bit more care a bit lumpy when you putt!! ,but overall okay .Staff is friendly which makes your golf experience alot more enjoyable
Great for short game practice
Course was in good shape. Greens were matted and very slow. Par 4 's were short no driver needed. Par 3 no more than 150-ish, some even less than 100, Great place to practice working your irons.
Nice practice place
Nice fairly short 9 with wide fairways. Nice place to work on the very important short game.
