About
Windy Harbor Golf Club is a military golf course located at the Mayport Naval Station, it was formerly known as the Mayport Golf Club. The seaside course now takes its name from the blustery ocean breezes that sweep through the back nine. The golf course is narrow with tree-lined fairways and large, fast greens that are slightly sloped. There is also a defined cut of rough beside every fairway. Greenside bunkers and water hazards that come into play on nearly every hole make the course challenging for players of all abilities. Windy Harbor Golf Club also has practice facilities for golfers to use that include a driving range with grass and carpeted practice tees, a practice sand trap, and a large putting green.

Nice Course Layout
Even though the course was a little wet due to rain the previous week, the course still played very well. I loved the course layout and the greens were in good shape. I'll play this course again, when I'm back in the area.

Short course but very difficult in the wind 10-15. Love playing this course. Course is in great shape.

Course was in great shape, tough day though, much, much windier than usual.
Very Windy
Decent military course. Greens are soft. Easy to hold approach shots. Course plays harder than its rating due to the wind. Puts a premium on your ball striking. Comes into play on almost every shot

Appropriately named!
The course has improved over the years and my thanks to the staff. There were some greens that were in need of care but the course is fun to play and I overlooked it.
Great day golfing
We had a great day golfing, weather was really nice , a little wind on 12 and 13, but that's in the name. Greens are at top condition now , only a few minor spots left . Will play again soon
