About
Windy Harbor Golf Club is a military golf course located at the Mayport Naval Station, it was formerly known as the Mayport Golf Club. The seaside course now takes its name from the blustery ocean breezes that sweep through the back nine. The golf course is narrow with tree-lined fairways and large, fast greens that are slightly sloped. There is also a defined cut of rough beside every fairway. Greenside bunkers and water hazards that come into play on nearly every hole make the course challenging for players of all abilities. Windy Harbor Golf Club also has practice facilities for golfers to use that include a driving range with grass and carpeted practice tees, a practice sand trap, and a large putting green.

Golfer Reviews
Great course!! Play here once a week and I’m never disappointed.
Good challenging golf course with excellent friendly staff!!!
Good challenging golf course with excellent friendly staff!!! Greens a little faster than normal.
Decent course conditions
Course was in good shape. Greens rolled fast. We had to get three golf carts due to them being old and breaking down. Great bang for the buck to get practice in. Pace of play was still fast despite a good amount of walkers.
electric golf carts were dying all over the course. After nine holes we reported the almost dead cart at the cart barn and was told there were no other carts available. Called pro-shop to have us picked on the fairway of the 11th , and they never sent anyone. We pushed the bucking and almost dead battery cart back to the cart barn and left the property.
Nice Course Layout
Even though the course was a little wet due to rain the previous week, the course still played very well. I loved the course layout and the greens were in good shape. I'll play this course again, when I'm back in the area.
Loved it
Short course but very difficult in the wind 10-15. Love playing this course. Course is in great shape.
Windy day at Windy Harbor
Course was in great shape, tough day though, much, much windier than usual.
