Callippe Preserve Golf Course

Definitely not my favorite course for cart path only conditions. Because of this pace of play was very slow, 4.75 hours and didn't play 18 too dark and 2 groups waiting. I'm too old to walk this course and under these conditions I actually had more steps than the person in our foursome that was pushing a cart. Course conditions were pretty good but definitely too wet on most fairways for a power cart. Still a fun time, enjoy playing the course.

This course is well maintained and it is a very beautiful course. Course itself is somewhat challenging for beginners and intermediates, but not to a point which you would get frustrated.

This is a good course and strong layout but it was cart paths only and the course was very wet. It made for a Slow, wet, muddy round.

Best to play here when it’s dry.

Have played this course several times over the past years. It has always been in good condition. It is a nice mix of some challenging, some easier holes, and some quite scenic holes. It also has a touch of elevation here and there. The course pace of play has been very good whenever I have been there. The staff, course conditions and facility are top notch.

We had a great time playing this course. Even though we only got to play 9. We are looking forward to playing the rest of the course.

You better plan for a round taking 5 1/2 hours to complete....that is if you even have enough daylight. I’ve played this course twice in the past 3 weeks, “Scheduled tee-time” (We have not started on our payed for, reserved tee time once) with more than enough daylight to finish. The pace of play is so SLOW we couldn’t even get through 16 holes. Be prepared to wait!

This is my home course. Played hundreds of times. Front 9 is fairly straightforward but back 9 is set on the hills so more elevation and course management required. Holes 17 and 18 are probably the most difficult so a good round can be destroyed by the last 2 holes. Good value and conditions usually pretty good.

This is a terrific lay-out in great shape. Fairways are in very good condition and the greens are smooth and fair, the views are an added bonus with Fall colors in full show. The course is challenging but fair for golfers of all abilities. Can't wait to return.

It’s a solid course for sure, but the greens were still pretty bumpy from punching, which surprised me as it was 3 weeks ago. Pace was slow, but pretty target golf here. Some strange holes, like 17 is 446 yards and I drove it through the fairway into the hazard with a 3 wood. My opinion you can’t make that long of a par 4 with requiring some to hit a 2 iron off the tee. It was dry for sure, but the tee boxes were mint and the fairways although hard were pretty good. All interactions with the staff were lovely, seemed like a great culture here.

This is one of my favorite courses to play and my rating is based on this one tune only. I purchased the hot deal not knowing the greens were recently punched and trying to put was horrible. I why doesn’t the site it Golfnow let you know .

First time playing, just looking out over the course from the first tee box is already worth it! The field Marshall was extremely friendly and worked to get us out and playing as quickly as he could. The only downside I had was with the kid working the club house, he was very rude to my group and to a customer over the phone while we were waiting to check in. Outside of that this was an amazing course that I will be looking forward to playing again!

Been playing Callippe Preserve for years and it’s such a great course with challenging greens, cool tee lines from every tee box, and a great staff. I am lucky to have this gem in my ‘backyard’!

I played this course a year ago and at that time GPS was not provided in the cart. This round we enjoyed it more as we know the lay up distance before we t-off on some short holes. Didn't get ourselves into much trouble. The course condition is excellent even with cart on course. Green condition was soft and green speed is around 10,5.
