Callippe Preserve Golf Course

They don’t seem to do anything about slow play. Got to the 10th tee; there were 4 groups on the hole. Pro shop said there was a slow group on 18. A slow group 9 holes ahead and they didn’t do anything. Really?

The course offers many challenges to the average golfer. The greens looked better than I played it last although the greens got a little bumpy in the late afternoon probably due to the heavy traffic. Sand traps on #2 and #5 were under repair. I was paired with a couple who took to much time taking photos of each other. We were behind the front group by one complete hole after the 4th. So we ended up playing a 5 and a half hour round. The carts looked new and had a gps system installed but was not operational yet. Always fun to play here. I recommend everyone to come and see!

The green pretty good (3.5 stars) but really great. I was expecting little better quality greens. The carts were great (built in gps).

Course in great condition. Prepare for large greens and some carry shots over creeks. Elevation is also a factor for many shots. Shop attendants were super chill. Amenities include grass range, multiple water stations on course, and a water bucket for your towel near the practice green and first tee. Carts in great shape include yardage on course. I'd recommend this course to friends and warn them to leave extra time to arrive--the last few miles will make you question the accuracy of your directions.

One of the best course in the area with different hole layouts that will make think instead of just grip it and rip it. You better know how to play from all different lies and know your club selection with wind conditions and different elevation.

Overall very fun day. Greens were challenging. Some of the layout was a bit confusing. Bunkers were in rough shape/flooded from recent rains. But overall the course was in great condition given the recent weather. Looking forward to playing here again soon.

1st time playing here and I loved it. Nice layout, plenty of challenge, great conditions, and very nice greens. Lost some strokes due to lack of local course knowledge but I will definitely be back!
