Killian Greens Golf Club
About
Popular among locals, the course at Killian Greens Golf Club is affordable and challenging. The golf course is quite narrow and built on flat terrain, making it easy to walk. Although there is little elevation change, the greens are sloped and firm. The fairways are narrow and there are sand bunkers situated throughout the course. Canals and lakes create water hazards that come into play on 14 holes. The course features three sets of tees to adapt the game to a variety of different skill levels and abilities. Killian Green Golf Club also boasts a special learning program for kids on their practice course.

Unfortunately not same place anymore
No golf carts, new restaurant takes all parking, patrons are
Hostile towards golfers, Took forever to get carts, had 10:54 tee time, teed off at 11:20
Course is fine - don’t expect much else
Course is fine and pretty well maintained especially for the price. The guy in the pro shop is less than friendly and it’s a weird set up with the restaurant only open certain days and you can’t take stuff from there back on the course. But the cart girl was great, and we had fun. I’ll be back, just with lower expectations ha.
Good Community Golf Course
Good Community Golf Course with good discounted rates on most Mondays and Wednesdays.
Good local course
Great layout for all levels of golf. It is an old Florida hard grounds so you will get a nice roll with your ball. The grass is not always easy to chip from because it is not consistent; you have different variations of grass. Tee to green is not bad. Pace of play on the day I played was a little slow because of so many players. They did have a starter which was good and a cart girl was often available. My big complaint was the only bathroom was in the restaurant next to the pro shop and it was shared with a popular restaurant that just opened and it was one person restroom and there was a waiting line to use it. The men’s bathroom was broken so the woman’s had to be shared and there is no other bathrooms on the course.
golf
Okay course, back nib
ne easier than front. A lot of water on front with trenches. greens okay, end of season.
Much improved
Around the course you can see lots of effort going into improvements, especially with turf and irrigation. Greens and fairways are much improved from previous years. Tee boxes still need some work. Parking lot is a bit of a mess, with the popular but very small restaurant/ bbq sharing the premises. Parking is better by the canal near the 10th tee. Excellent value for money and trace is decent.
Great Community Golf Course
Great community golf course with decent prices on Monday and Wednesdays, of when you can get a deal on Tee Off or Golf Now
Marginal place with even worse management
On a short visit to Miami, we played Killian Greens. As we had traveled from Europe and didn't have any equipment with us, we rented our equipment. On arrival, we were amazed at the poor infrastructure: no signalization, a barrack-like reception building. The rental equipment and the carts were hardly in any condition: The carts were old, dirty and poorly maintained. The rental equipment, however, exceeded all expectations - in the worst possible way: We were given two men's bags (women's rental equipment not available - later we knew why), which were torn and rusty. The rackets were all material that was lost and found by the staff: Dirty - rusty - broken grips - a incomplete hodgepodge of various clubs with both iron and graphite shafts. The staff didn't even take the trouble to put together a reasonably homogeneous set or to remove old address labels.
After the round, I wanted to describe our experience to the duty manager in charge. He could only be contacted by the receptionist via text message and was not prepared to communicate in person. Even afterwards, no communication could be established by email (apart from a brief statement that we should have contacted the groundskeeper before the round).
Take note of the pictures of the rental material. It's amazing that such miserable courses with even more miserable management survive in the golf country USA with a course density like in FL.
Don't do this to yourselves!
Not worth your time!
Absolutely terrible track.
Teeboxes are like hitting off a beach!
Fairways are actual cement!
Greens are dead.
Charging $75 for a Saturday morning tee time and should be worth $40. Just not a good idea to play here. It’s absolutely terrible. Book a 7am tee time you won’t hit your first ball till 8:30am
