Winter fun
Good time with good friends. The course is a bit muddy and the rough is a bit overgrown but overall good conditions for this time of the season.
Very muddy
Greens ok. Fairways need work. Rough refs to be trim around the fairways and greens
Great golf course
Well maintained, friendly staff and a great value for the money. Hoping you open the bar back up soon.
The course is getting into really good shape for the rainy season. The greens and tees especially. However we can’t say the same for the people playing in front of us as we found at least 6 big ball marks that were left in the soft greens. We spent a lot of time fixing these marks and wish others are more courteous of those around them. It takes 39 seconds to repair a mark that left unattended takes at least 7 days to repair naturally
The course has really turned around from a year ago
Not gonna lie I use to talk really bad about dublin ranch due to the greens being like sand Pitts. I played there a few times our the past few months again an yesterday was simply amazing. The grass was so healthy. They are really doing a great job.
i always enjoy playing at Dublin Ranch, today was a little slow, but a good day. the course is in good condition.
Great Value!
Beautiful course very well maintained and the weekend rate was great! Definitely gonna be a regular course for me moving forward. A lot of Par 3’s
Don't buy the cheap rounds
I decided to use the Golfnow $10 discount for a tee time at 1:10 pm. When I got there, the pro-shop wanted to maximize profit, so they booked several 4somes with only 5 minutes intervals, so the pace of play was plodding. Don't buy the cheap rounds from Golfnow since it won't be fun and mostly like you'll quit early.
Fixed the greens!
Played 6 months ago and the greens were bad, now
they fixed them and all is good. Good value if you can get a hot deal. Had a wedding so no indoors eating.
Needs repairs.
The course design is intriguing for an par 60. And the on course staff is friendly. But it’s clear that the Managment/ownership is struggling. Facilities like the on course restrooms were in major disrepair. No one seems to be putting any effort or money into the amenities. The course itself is in terrible shape. This past summer’s drought probably did a number on the fairways and rough (evidence of seeding and ground under repair seems to be covering over a third of the course), But players should be informed of this in advance and fees should reflect the terrible conditions. The clubs we rented were several years old and looked it. And when we rented clubs, we still had to pay for balls and tees on top of it. Bottom line: it was probably a nice course years ago and could be again. But under the current Mgt it seems to be doing no more than it needs to do just to stay above water.
