About
Nestled in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains, Yucaipa Valley Golf Club enjoys a stunning backdrop on most of its holes. The beautifully maintained course is certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Yucaipa Valley offers the unique combination of being both challenging and affordable, for this reason it's a local favorite. The layout is player friendly enough to appeal to a wide range of skill levels. It's not terribly formidable but the greens can be challenging because of the slope and speed. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides and the occasional water hazard comes into play. The 13th is the signature hole at Yucaipa Valley Golf Club. This tricky par 3 has a severely undulating green bordered by out-of-bounds on the right and water on the left.

Greens are getting pretty bad. Played there 3 weeks ago and the greens were awesome. Looks like the greens might have COVID-19 now.

The new flag poles and the new attachment s for retrieving the ball are simply OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Terrible!!
The greens were the worst greens I’ve ever played. They are in terrible condition with 2 temporary greens in place because of this. The bunkers are more like rock pits than anything. Get some real sand!!! Will definitely NOT play this course again unless the course conditions change.

Everything but their greens good
Terrible greens, rest of the course in good shape. Superintendent missed an opportunity to fix the greens, going to be tough to bring them back, some of the greens unplayable.

Greens in bad shape
Greens are in bad shape.. Hole 2 has temporary green. And many greens are lumpy not a good experience on a normally good course.

Greens
The course is ok. Beginner/average golfers course. Beautiful area. Greens need some serious attention, but it’s a great fun day of golf.

Beautiful views and great holes!! Lots of long open fairways with a few decent hazards!! Fun place to play for sure
Poor selection of pins on greens!!
The choice of those tiny wires or whatever you call them, is ridiculous! For the pins on the greens!!!

Not worth the price
Haven’t golfed here in awhile due to bad course conditions. Well we came back & nothing has changed. Tee Boxes were in some of the worst conditions I’ve seen. Very bad. Fairways were ok on most holes. Greens were above avg but for $62 definitely not worth it. Doesn’t seem like they maintained the course while it was closed or been slow during the pandemic. My buddies & I won’t be returning. Rather pay a little bit more for Oak Valley or Tukwet Morongo down the road.

Flag Sticks
Average course conditions, Covid 19 conditions in place.
However there are no Flag Sticks which was advertised But it did make a difference. They said the holes would be in the middle of the greens. They were NOT and this became a problem of approach shots.
They could use a pool noodle like other courses. or just put the flag in.
Wont go back until they put the flags back in the hole..

Course is in excellent shape!!!
I’ve played Yucaipa Valley as my home course for about 12 years and the current conditions are better than they’ve ever been. This course is a great value!!!

Beautiful and Challenging Course
It was my first time playing at this course and all I can say is WOW! The course is well taken care of and you get a little bit if everything there. I especially enjoyed the range in all it’s vastness. Great price for 18-holes, I will definitely return again!

Long and Fuzzy
Overall the course is in good condition, except for the greens being way to long, fuzzy and slow. Difficult to read and get the ball to the hole when they are that slow.
Policy is no flagsticks, just a little flag in the hole, which is overkill in my opinion. So is requiring masks on the course. Everyone is being overly cautious in the pandemic safety measures, when it comes to cutting out things that most likely have no meaning or effect.

Fun Course every now and then gets a lil backed up but a course you can score low on

Overall Review
One word, Awesome! Greens were kept in good condition, every player followed the rules, well kept golf course. 2 sum finished in 4 hours. We drove separate carts. Going back next week.
