About
Nestled in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains, Yucaipa Valley Golf Club enjoys a stunning backdrop on most of its holes. The beautifully maintained course is certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Yucaipa Valley offers the unique combination of being both challenging and affordable, for this reason it's a local favorite. The layout is player friendly enough to appeal to a wide range of skill levels. It's not terribly formidable but the greens can be challenging because of the slope and speed. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides and the occasional water hazard comes into play. The 13th is the signature hole at Yucaipa Valley Golf Club. This tricky par 3 has a severely undulating green bordered by out-of-bounds on the right and water on the left.

Greens are horrendous
I've never written a review before, but feel compelled to after my round today. Avoid Yucaipa, the course is in embarrassing shape. The greens are a joke with either disease or just bad management. The management of the course should feel shame they are charging full price to play this course in the condition it is in. There are far better options in the area.

Greens are in rough shape
Thx for the $10 rebate, Should have been $20. I would have played somewhere for the $60 I paid

Greens had a cancer on all the holes terrible if i knew i would’ve cancelled

Greens are in terrible shape!!
I never write reviews, but after playing Yucaipa today I thought it was necessary. The greens are not in good shape at all, the grass is dying and has dirt spots with sand on it, so they are not cutting them properly. I wish they would have let me know before hand, instead of paying full price to putt on terrible greens. Would not recommend playing here till course conditions are fixed properly.

Greens are getting pretty bad. Played there 3 weeks ago and the greens were awesome. Looks like the greens might have COVID-19 now.

Terrible!!
The greens were the worst greens I’ve ever played. They are in terrible condition with 2 temporary greens in place because of this. The bunkers are more like rock pits than anything. Get some real sand!!! Will definitely NOT play this course again unless the course conditions change.

Everything but their greens good
Terrible greens, rest of the course in good shape. Superintendent missed an opportunity to fix the greens, going to be tough to bring them back, some of the greens unplayable.

Greens in bad shape
Greens are in bad shape.. Hole 2 has temporary green. And many greens are lumpy not a good experience on a normally good course.

Greens
The course is ok. Beginner/average golfers course. Beautiful area. Greens need some serious attention, but it’s a great fun day of golf.

Beautiful views and great holes!! Lots of long open fairways with a few decent hazards!! Fun place to play for sure
Poor selection of pins on greens!!
The choice of those tiny wires or whatever you call them, is ridiculous! For the pins on the greens!!!

Not worth the price
Haven’t golfed here in awhile due to bad course conditions. Well we came back & nothing has changed. Tee Boxes were in some of the worst conditions I’ve seen. Very bad. Fairways were ok on most holes. Greens were above avg but for $62 definitely not worth it. Doesn’t seem like they maintained the course while it was closed or been slow during the pandemic. My buddies & I won’t be returning. Rather pay a little bit more for Oak Valley or Tukwet Morongo down the road.
