When I asked the club pro about the green speed and how they were playing, he was very helpful with his advise.

Always a fun course. The fairways are dormant the green were as fast as I've played this year.

We played there nearly every Friday for several years. Group of 8-16 players each day. When the course got sold new management cancelled all the prepaid discount cards and sold new ones. Staff was surly and did not treat people well. We had a 5some since we had some cancellations and since we play quickly we went to tee off as we had done in the past without incident. A marshall came running up and would not let us go off without PERMISSION from the office.

Office denied us that consideration but lo and behold the very next group behind us was a fivesome! When we confronted the office afterwards they had a "go pound sand" attitude. Our group has be back only once since then and the staff and attitude had not changed. Too bad they don't know that customers keep the course open.

Course conditions are ok except for the sandless traps. Dirt traps is a more appropriate description.

This course is always consistent. Good track, good price and and friendly staff.

As usual it took 2 1/2 hours to play the front nine so I left after nine holes. The course has many areas where apparently the sprinkler lines are leaking so they are quagmires. Save your money and play elsewhere.

A little pricey, but worth it. It was actually kind of weird. Played at 739am on a Sunday with perfect weather and never had anyone in front of us or behind. Played with 3 players in 3.5 hours. The bunkers are tough because they dont have actual sand in most of them but everything else was good.

Bring your own food and drink because we saw the beverage cart once on about 14.

Not sure why it was a ghost town, maybe price, but it was great to play a fast round. Will definitely try it again soon.

If your looking for challenging fast greens, then this is the place for you. The greens here are much faster than anything I have encountered recently, making it very challenging. They were calling me "Three Putt Bill" today.

The coarse was in good condition. The greens were great compared to surrounding coarses.

Overall a fun day but hotter than recent days. Still had fun taking grandson of 6 years old to learn the game of golf.

the sand traps were hard ground with a sprinkle of

sand with small rock.

some of the fairways need to be repair, so you can

hit off grass instead of hard dirt or ground under repair.

the greens were in great.

For the money it is just about the best you can get in California now....for the average golfer it is becoming almost impossible to find a "Good" course under $60 now..Yucaipa is doing about as good as anyone trying to keep playing conditions up and prices down. What is needed now is for the golfers to follow any signs and roped off areas and let the course heal..that goes for all the Men's clubs who I see not following signs and taking down ropes as much as anyone.

Played at 2:00 PM on Wed (8/29). Front nine was wide open. Backed up on the back nine by a slow group. Prefer midweek/midday tee times when course is less busy.

Course in excellent condition. Easy to lose balls in the rough if you miss the fairway. Solution - stay on the fairway or bring extra balls.

Really enjoy the layout of the holes along with the combination of hazards - traps and water holes on the course. A nice breeze kept it cooler than the 90 degree temperatures in the afternoon. Look forward to coming back again. $17.00 on Golfnow.com is a great price.

Just played my last round at Yucaipa. Sad cuz ive always thought this place had tons of potential.

In short, the course is bad. Bare spot all over, mud patches. Greens are pretty good but thats it.

To top it all off, we run into an “8some” on 17, yes 8 in 5 carts. Never seen anything like it. After waiting 25 or so minutes on the tee we (my son and i) hit our tee shots which supposedly almost hit them, but their carts were 400yds down the fairway soooo. So they steal my ball of course, then wanna threaten my kid and i. So we left. Never to return.

The heat and lack of water are taking its toll. They are doing a good job under the circumstances

Twisted my ankle on 10, getting in the golf cart due to a five inch cement path difference. This thing is ridiculously high. Went to the doctors and had to miss work as to not put pressure on it. Come on guys! Fix this!

Men’s league play is so slow the memebers were quitting. The pro shop needs to stop stacking the tee times on a regular basis. The speed of play combine with the average ness of the course, the sand traps are always hard packed and muddy, & the rough is always overgrown causing players to take an exorbitant amount of time searching for balls.

The greens are finally firmer than the sand traps, but not by much.

Get it together or lower your prices!

Ultimately it came down to the staff basically saying I don’t care

Behind a six some 1st tee...no wave through..no starter.....kids and adults... played back nine.. then to the front...5some in front!!!

Pro shop.. attitude of oh well...Play around them, etc

Even emailed director of ops..no answer yet

Thing are being done around and on the course. They are heading in a great direction.

Made the mistake of playing Wednesday at 11:00...first 9 holes played very fast, but at turn ran into Wednesdays men's club, two foursomes on tee box, had to follow them for 4 holes till they finished, I know they started at 8;00 and they pulled off just before 1 ?. Course is worth playing just wait till 11:30 or later on Wednesdays as men's club is full of guys that think they are pros and need to read putts from all angles and stand around and watch each other play....
