About
Historic Miami Shores Country Club offers a classic 18-hole championship golf course that is the home of a vast array of sub-tropical wildlife and vegetation. The Club has been host to a number of prestigious events including the Florida State Open.
Celebrities such as Bob Hope, Joe DiMaggio, Arnold Palmer, Sam Snead and Lee Trevino have graced the lush fairways.
The front nine calls for precise approach shots into small well bunkered, contoured greens. The incoming nine calls for well-placed tee shots.
This Red Laurence designed course offers other amenities like a 120 seat lounge with a panoramic view of the golf course and lighted driving range, six clay tennis courts, three hard courts, swimming pool, extra large men's and ladies' locker rooms and a staff that understands the meaning of service.

The definition of Mid
Really wanted to like this course. For the price just couldn’t justify coming back. Spend the extra $100 and go to trump national Doral
Pace if play was horrendous. Conditions were okay. It’s a glorified muni.
I don’t think the $90 green fee is justifiable. Greens are not in good shape. Lots of dark and grass-less spots in the greens and fairways. Staff is very kind and course was pretty much empty, so that kind of offsets the not so good course conditions. But definitely wouldn’t pay more than $60 for this course. Would only recommend for beginners or if you just want to be on your own practicing with no one pressuring you behind you or in front.
Great course. Extremely hot in the Summer. Value is good in relation to other expensive courses in Miami.
I liked this course. Everything was in great condition. Staff was fine, didn't do anything above and beyond.
The issue was that they packed this course out to it's absolute capacity. My round took over 5 hours to complete. The weather was also one of the hottest Miami days I've experienced, so I wasn't too happy with that after the round.
Management - you have a great course but if you pack out the course like that, then your patrons will not be pleased with their experience, regardless of the fancy golf carts or the fact that they're playing in a nice neighborhood in Miami.
Golf course was in bad playing condition
The first 9 holes were closed due to flooding. However, some parts of the 11 hole and 18 holes were flooded.
Terrible Experience
I had to wait over 20 minutes at each tee before driving the ball due to the course being overbooked. The poor management led to a frustrating experience, and after six hours, we left after only completing 13 holes.

Congratulations to all the staff you do a really amazing job taking care of all,,, just the WC at the in door area where are the rooms and restaurant smells really bad
