TPC Harding Park - Harding Course

TPC Harding Park was a pleasure to play. I would highly recommend walking the course. I was able to get a hot deal for a great price on Memorial Day weekend. I was in town to celebrated 50th birthday celebration for close friend Troy from college. Shot 47 front 40 on back with 1 birdie for total 87. Looking to come back in August to Play Pebble Beach courses & I will play Harding Park again to shoot a lower score. Definitely put this course on your list. They are having 2020 PGA Championship.

The place is stunning. Conditions really good other than poa and a slight infection in the greens. The route is amazing in parts and solid throughout.

Fantastic as always, course is a beauty in superb condition. The staff took it next level. I had something come up and showed up well in advance of my tee time. The staff and head pro did an amazing job accommodating me. Super friendly, absolutely recommend and can’t wait to return. Thanks very much Harding Park staff!

Great layout and very well conditioned course. The greens were outstanding coming off the women’s NCAA tourney last weekend.

This is the best municipal I’ve ever played. If you get a chance, go. But do yourself a favor if your not a Bay Area resident, find a Hot Deal!

I can’t say enough about the course. Best muni I’ve played! With that said , very unimpressive customer service (due to one unfortunate employee). I can’t let this way on the course, it’s great! On the customer front: room for improvement when you pay 170 to golf and can’t buy a beer after 9 because of a wedding ( 4 bartenders standing at the bar[5:00pm] and WONT sell us a beer. Poor management on them. But please, if you haven’t been, go!

The group ahead of us was two holes behind due to the drinking they were doing. One hole they are still on the tee box buying beer from cart girl. We asked if they wanted us to play through. Another hole two were on the tee box and the other two on the green again two holes behind. Marshal was made aware and he spoke to them but nothing changed. Very badly managed by the course marshal. I had another time booked but cancelled it due to this experience.

I got to play as a walk on at noon on a weekday. The staff were very friendly. I played with three locals and they were all very friendly and a pleasure to play with. The course was in perfect condition. The greens were a smooth and true. They have a warm up area and range. The greens fee included a cart, but it's cart paths only, so walking is the only way to go.

The course even though it rained the day before was in really good condition . We took carts it wasn’t too much more walking. Next time we would walk it. The course staff was courteous and friendly. This is a must play course.

cold but sunny weather. pace of play is rather slow by my standard, course condition is good. green rather flat and fairway rather wide.

i think for a public course , the green and the next tee box is rather close. Any yardage error can be become a bad accident.

The layout is fantastic with multiple tees that can challenge golfers of all skill levels. The greens are in good condition but have a slow pace rolling around a 8 on the stimpmeter (estimate). The bunkers need regular maintenance as they had been prepared the night before and then watered through the sprinkler system in the morning leaving a compact hard sand. This made the bunker play extremely difficult. The driving range was mats and the range balls were an additional purchase. No water coolers not the course as well.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face. The on course staff was great and came around regularly to offer refreshments.

Overall I loved the layout and will be back. I would like to see the superintendent get the bunkers prepped each morning and the greens sped up. Easy course to walk and enjoy the beauty of it.

Great course, pace of play was slow on back 9. Great greens & fairways (but they should be as it is a cart path only course). Also, keep in mind that there is NO short game practice EVERY Wednesday. Good putting green though.
