Greynolds Golf Course
About
Formerly the site of a rock quarry, the par-36, nine-hole Greynolds Golf Course now shares the landscape with a hardwood hammock and mangrove forest that is one of the most well protected natural areas in northern Miami. The carefully preserved surroundings support an abundance of wildlife including several species of birds and rare, colorful butterflies. The golf course is part of Greynolds Park, which offers scenic camping grounds and numerous nature trails in addition to the golf course. There are also excellent opportunities for kayaking and canoeing thanks to the Oleta River, which runs alongside the east side of the park. Opened in 1964, the golf course has a traditional layout that will appeal to players of all skill levels. More advanced players can enjoy a quick round while less experienced golfers can get in some good practice.

Just dont
This place is one broken down mess. They don't take care of anything, that includes the bathroom where things were out of order to the bag stands that were completely broken. A hammer and a piece of wood is not to expensive but apparently it is for this place.
Fairways were ugly, the greens ok but that's not good enough. Try someplace else.
Greynolds review
Greens were good. Tee boxes were poor to fair. Little grass on the fairways. Layout of the course was good.
A 9 holes course in good shape....no starter so a little confusion at the start of your game.
Overall review
Have played this course many times and it has not changed much over the years.
A very friendly course to get in 9 holes of regulation golf and not consume your entire day .
👍
Lost 1 hour in time waiting
There was a line-up and backup for about 45 minutes to start the game and lost at least another 20 minutes or so while playing.
Cutting in Line
Throughout the nine holes, people were constantly jutting into the hole ahead , which made for disruptive play and lack of rytyhm.
North Miami golf course
Its very close to mu home; very easy course , easy to play staff is friendly.
Tee Time was 1 hour behind schedule
There was no Marshall on site to keep things moving…
Never Teed Off
The employee in the pro shop wasn’t the friendliest. I paid for the round and walked out to the first hole. There were 15-20 people waiting to tee off with a group in the fairway and a group putting. I turned around to go home and the employee said “where are you going?” I explained I didn’t want to play a 5 hour round and he said “what did you expect”
Could be so much better!
The course itself was in a very good condition for the price. It’s a great practice course, but pace of play was TERRIBLE! This was because having a reservation did not matter. Our tee time was 10:27, and had to wait 25 minutes as there were 4 groups all lined up on the first tee.
The group behind us had a tee time at 8:15 and had just shown up and they let them play In front of others who had a reservation. We found out they were just letting anyone walk up.
Finally, a ranger showed up and tried telling everyone they can only play best ball! NO THANKS!
I would not recommend this course!
Tee time is irrelevant
When it was my tee time there were 4 groups still waiting to tee off. I was told it’s because it’s busy season. I have golfed at many busy courses but never had to wait this long to tee off.
It’s alright
If you’re a serious golfer, this isn’t for you. If you dabble around, this is fantastic.
