Greynolds Golf Course
About
Formerly the site of a rock quarry, the par-36, nine-hole Greynolds Golf Course now shares the landscape with a hardwood hammock and mangrove forest that is one of the most well protected natural areas in northern Miami. The carefully preserved surroundings support an abundance of wildlife including several species of birds and rare, colorful butterflies. The golf course is part of Greynolds Park, which offers scenic camping grounds and numerous nature trails in addition to the golf course. There are also excellent opportunities for kayaking and canoeing thanks to the Oleta River, which runs alongside the east side of the park. Opened in 1964, the golf course has a traditional layout that will appeal to players of all skill levels. More advanced players can enjoy a quick round while less experienced golfers can get in some good practice.

Could be so much better!
The course itself was in a very good condition for the price. It’s a great practice course, but pace of play was TERRIBLE! This was because having a reservation did not matter. Our tee time was 10:27, and had to wait 25 minutes as there were 4 groups all lined up on the first tee.
The group behind us had a tee time at 8:15 and had just shown up and they let them play In front of others who had a reservation. We found out they were just letting anyone walk up.
Finally, a ranger showed up and tried telling everyone they can only play best ball! NO THANKS!
I would not recommend this course!
Tee time is irrelevant
When it was my tee time there were 4 groups still waiting to tee off. I was told it’s because it’s busy season. I have golfed at many busy courses but never had to wait this long to tee off.
It’s alright
If you’re a serious golfer, this isn’t for you. If you dabble around, this is fantastic.
Laid back
The staff is Super friendly and the course is really nice with the wild life and well kept. I will definitely be back.
Nice 9 hole course
The course was in good shape considering all the recent rain. Great staff always friendly. and the pace of play was excellent
Negative 10 stars
Our tee time was for 9:40. We get to the pro shop to see a line of golfers waiting to tee off. 2nd time in a row I have an issue with carts not being ready.golfers and manger were extremely rude not to mention I was still waiting to start 45 mins after my tee. At the end I didn’t even touch a blade of grass and lost money for no refunds.
Worst course conditions I’ve ever seen
Literally the worst corse conditions I have ever seen,…your better off in the rough then the fairway ,the green have more sand then green ,and even in the green patches the ball rolls horrible …it’s obviously a budget course but it’s not even worth 10 dollars to play
Disappointed
The course has deteriorated since my last visit. Some greens have large areas with bald spots. On this hot/humid South Florida day, the ProShop had no water and no snacks. Only beer . I hope it returns to it's former condition. I won't return until it does.
Mala Experiencia
