Fun. Great location
This is a fun course, with lots of practice areas. Course was in good shape, a few tee boxes were under construction. A bit slow but not bad.

. Stray balls seem to hit someone. Just a matter of "WHO", the unlucky one is.

We played 9 holes in 3 hours. Tee times feel a little stacked but staff did nothing to push pace of play. I will not play that course again

Fun Track, currently under maintenance
I've enjoyed Monarch Bay over the years and once again it did not disappoint. Many holes are currently undergoing maintenance which is a good thing although could impact your round if you find yourself in those areas under construction. Greens were rolling true but a little slow for my taste.

Monday afternoon. Course conditions decent. 6.5/10 Greens & fairways good. A few tee boxes were thick or hard dirt. 3.5 hrs front 9= pretty bad. Every hole backed up 2 groups! Back 9 everyone left so was able to finish in less than 2hrs. No golf etiquette here. Likely newer players from the pandemic. At least* 6 diff groups throughout the round were playing music, screaming/yelling not about golf but just wildin out like it’s a concert or something. Driving reckless. Clueless or don’t care about pace of play. Seems like that could be the norm here. Likely pass on playing it again. Maybe on a weekday morning when there are actually people playing golf at the golf course.

The course is in incredibly bad condition. There are multiple areas completely marked off in the middle of the fairways. Pace of play is awful. There are random single players that come up behind you out of nowhere and this really makes for an intolerable round.
