Palatka Golf Club
About
Neighbor to the beautiful Ravine State Gardens, Palatka Golf Club offers a game that is as scenic as it is entertaining. Designed by Donald Ross in 1925, the golf course was created with all skill levels of golfers in mind. The layout is player friendly, but there are still many challenging elements to keep golfers on their toes, including Ross' signature "turtleback" greens. There are also numerous bunkers fiercely guarding the greens. The signature hole of the course is the par-3 third. This 188-yard hole is a test of accuracy, requiring a difficult tee shot to a well bunkered green. Palatka Golf Club also offers a unique aqua driving range for golfers to use.

Fun hilly course
The course was in good condition in spite of the greens being recently sanded. Fairways were good but the rough was not well kept. Still overall a fun course to play.
nice course
Enjoy trying different places, especially when it's a Ross course. She could use some tlc, but was fun and playable with small tricky greens. If I was in the area, I would go around again.
BingoBangoBongo
Course was great, pace of play was slow because you have people playing from the whites, that absolutely needs to play from the green tees.
Poor course lay out
Tee boxes were to. Lose to putting greens . So no respect on teeing off or putting. Narrow fairways and blind fairways.
First time playing there
The course is unique to this part of Florida with elevation changes and NO water. I believe this is what is considered a links course; with the tree-lined, narrow, fairways running parallel to each other. A big plus to keep playing without drops and strokes lost. Fairways, bunkers and the greens were all in great shape. Definitely will be back.
Not worth the travel
Booked because of the reviews and price. Travel from Daytona hour and half.
Small parking lot. First tee is right off the parking lot. Seams crowded…
Narrow fairways and close together..
Small greens several blind shots .
Don’t plan on going back.
A Hem
Fantastic Donald Ross 100 year old designed gem. Fantastic value for money. Unique driving range hitting into a pond with water fountains as your yardage markers.
Friendly pro shop and restaurant staff.
Well worth the drive.
Low Country Treat
Awesome course…Friendly Staff…Will be back again soon!
Donald Ross layout
Nice course. Traditional Donald Ross layout. Most greens were in descent shape. A few greens were in rough shape. Winter like conditions. Staff was great! Would like to play in May when grass is more plentiful.
Winter conditioning
The greens are running a little quicker than normal but generally in good shape for the time of year. Overall the course appears to be in good condition and always a fun challenge to play!
Great course
Course in good condition. Fun to play. A bit tough to find successive tee boxes.
